A/n pov:

Yeonjun bring his hand forward for an handshake,
But,
Soobin ignore that and says, "nice to meet you too" without following the same gesture.

Yeonjun smiled and says as he kept his hand in air, "Rule no. 1, as a beginner, you must follow the same gesture as the other. Not like the way you did with me."

"I don't follow any rules and no one can bound me to do so, no one.", Soobin said while trying to hide his aggressiveness.

"Attitude, well good for me", Yeon thought to himself.

Yeonjun place his hands in his pocket and say, " I understand", he then move to the other side.

"Please take you seat", Yeonjun ask Soobin as he brings a board in the room.

Soobin sat on the couch and kept looking at Yeonjun with a sharp stare.

Yeonjun further proceed,
"First step of starting a work is always
"Analysis"
It hold a great importance.

So today we are not going to work.

We are just going to analyse,
Firstly ourselves and then the company."

He then took a chair and sat in front of Soobin near the board.

"First thing,
I believe that discipline is not a major factor to be successful in this field.
Although I am not completely against it."

Soobin got confused by his statement.

Yeonjun remove the cloth from the board on which some points were written.

"Discipline is itself a big topic,
I have divided this into 2 parts for you:

For me discipline is not Dressing up in coats and jackets.

I am wearing these coats because I like wearing it but it doesn't apply to you unless you are devoted to your work.

Using the language that is not actually showing your true self is not necessary.

Being strict to the office workers is not a thing I support.
Because in reality they are the one who are organising this company.

They do more labour than us.
So they must be respected for their work.", Yeonjun take a pause.

Soobin's eyes which had a sharp stare  minutes ago had now became narrow.

How does Yeonjun know that what is on Soobin's mind??
Does Mr. Choi told him all this but this isn't possible as Soobin never discussed all thing with his father.

Such things were roaming in Soobin's mind.

Yeonjun says further,
"But you should know that,
Time management is really important.
Being late in meeting or events does not make you cool but show your irresponsibility.

Making false promises is not an option. Please make sure to fulfill your promises you make to your workers and customers.

And that's it what I wanted to say",
Yeonjun said and went to sit on the chair.

Soobin take a deep breath,
"I understood all your points and don't mind in following them but the only thing I mind is working under your guidance.

I don't think I need you with me for building myself.
I don't want anyone to train me."

Yeonjun listen to it and said,
"That's something not in my hand.
I have been called here to train you for next 4 months.
And I cannot leave my job just because of this."

Soobin became aggressive on hearing this answer. He thought,
"Then you will see how I make you leave this job".

There was Yeonjun thinking,
"I think I need to be extra careful with him. I need to think of something to bear his behaviour."

After few minutes of silence,
Yeonjun decided to speak,
"So let's start our work from tomorrow, you might go now if you want, I will take my leave now."

Yeonjun stood and collect his bag.
He reached near the gate and turned as Soobin call him.

"Yeonjun best of luck to you!", Soobin said before poking his tongue into his inner cheek while looking down.

Yeonjun smiled and said, "Thanks and same to you! Bye!!"

And while hopping with joy he went out.
Soobin looked at it and thought,
"Trying to be oversmart, it's not going to stay for long."

Soobin pov,

At night,
I went to the bar centre to meet my friends.
As soon as I reached there,
I came out of my car but suddenly someone bumped into me.

I looked at that person and frowned.

"Hello Mr. Choi Soobin", An unknown middle aged man greeted me.
He took had came here in a luxurious car then why is he acting so down.

He bowed to him and said,
"Sorry sir I didn't recognise you."

He smiled and said,
"I am Choi fashion industry owner,
My name is Choi Yeon-woo."

"Oh nice to meet you sir", I said as a formality.

Then we parted ways.

I came towards the table where Taehyun and Huening sat waiting for me bickering on something useless.

"What's now??", I asked.

"Ah you know him well, He is still thinking about that boy!", Huening said totally annoyed.

"What's wrong in that??", Taehyun asked.

"The thing is that you had seen him only once, just his face, you don't know his name, number, adress, what he do, with whom he lives.....",
Huening kept saying all things in one go when Soobin in order to stop him stuff a rolled tissue in his mouth.

"Yah what the hell are you doing Soobin hyung?", Huening exclaimed angrily.

"It was required and Taehyun, I understand your feelings but even I think it is stupid to engage yourself in such thoughts that are impractical.", Soobin said.

"I don't know hyung but I wonder if my wish came true then?",
Taehyun said drifting in his imaginary world.

When they heard someone call them.

"Hi guys!!!!", Shouted Y/n from quiet far.

We waved our hand at her.
