Wang Qin was starting to lose consciousness. She looked at Jisoo but could not say a word.

Jisoo's expression darkened as he quickly held Wang Qin in his arms!

"Someone! Call the ambulance. Dock the ship right now! Hurry!" Lisa's expression was grim, but he was still able to keep calm amidst the chaos.

Jisoo carried Wang Qin in his arms and looked over at him. His eyes were cold when he saw the bloody fruit knife in Lisa's hand!

"What happened? What happened?"

For safety purposes, police officers were stationed on the ship, so they quickly went over as soon as they realized something was going on. They were shocked when they saw the knife in Lisa's hands and Wang Qin who was unconscious in Jisoo's arms!

"Ah!"

Another scream of agony pierced the air. The crowd looked over and noticed that Miyeon was covering her arm which was bleeding.

...

Silence!

The whole hall fell into silence!

Dead silence!

After a long silence—

"It's not us. Someone framed us!" Jennie freaked out as she frantically explained. She wanted to grab the knife from Lisa, but he avoided her as his expression turned grim. He was still able to keep his composure and handed the knife to the police in front of him. "Keep this for now."

The policeman was a middle-aged man who signaled his young subordinate beside him. The younger policeman quickly took the knife from Lisa and put it into a plastic bag.

"I'm sorry, Master Manoban. I'm afraid you'll need to come with us!"

"It's not him. This knife..." Jennie's face turned pale as she shielded Lisa. However, he covered her mouth before she could finish talking, his face having returned to its usual calmness.

"Master! Missus!" Several bodyguards in black suits stood in front of them as they stared at the police coldly.

"Move away," Lisa said quietly.

"Mr. Manoban! No! This has nothing to do with you. Someone's framing us. Someone grabbed me in the dark..." Jennie grabbed his hand and tried to explain, but he held her close and whispered beside her ears, "I know. Jennie, listen very carefully now. Believe me. Don't freak out. I'll be fine. There's not much time and I can't explain everything to you right now. I need you to do something for me. First, find Moonbyul and tell him what happened. Tell him to find a way to see me. Second, today's incident will be exposed very quickly. Our company shares will be sure to fall. Get everyone prepared and stay calm. Third, contact my parents and tell them not to act rashly. I have my own plan. Do you understand?"

"I..." Jennie was very afraid, and her eyes welled up with tears as she threw him a worried glance.

He straightened his back and patted her head. "Don't worry. I'll be fine. Do as I say, alright?"

"The ship has docked. Please follow us, Master Manoban! All of you, secure the scene! Investigate the individuals involved!" the middle-aged policeman gave his orders.

"Yes, Captain!"

Lisa nodded and walked forward.

"I'm scared! No, please don't. Don't take him away!" Jennie grabbed Lisa's hand tightly and did not want to let go.

Lisa looked deeply into her eyes before shooting a glance at the bodyguards who quickly went forward and grabbed Jennie!

"Lisa!" she called out to him.

Lisa gave her a last look, his eyes filled with pain when he saw the tears in hers. Then, he took a deep breath and walked away.

Jennie struggled to break free from the bodyguards, but they held her back.

"Let go of me! Let go of me right now!"

"Keep calm, Missus. There's nothing you can do now, so keep calm and think of a way! There were a lot of oddities throughout this incident. Let's be calm and sort this out!" one of the bodyguards reminded her.

Jennie watched as the man went out of the doorway. Her strength suddenly vanished as she crumbled. Fortunately, the bodyguards were there to support her.

She took several deep breaths and kept telling herself to keep calm. She closed her eyes for a long while and finally managed to keep her composure. When she turned around, she saw Miyeon being sent outside.

Jennie walked towards the door while ignoring all the camera flashes around her as she demanded, "Where's Assistant Haruto?"

"Master gave him some tasks to do. He should be returning anytime soon now! Missus, let's leave now!"

As the reporters gathered around them, the bodyguards did their best to escort Jennie out of the door. Haruto brought more bodyguards over to Jennie as she stepped off the deck!

"Missus, I've heard what happened. Get into the car first!" Haruto's expression turned grim.

Jennie nodded and took a deep breath. She managed to calm down her chaotic mind. "First things first, get the best lawyer to help your Master right now. Then, we'll go take a look at CEO Wang's condition. Hurry!" she urged as they marched towards the car.

Haruto nodded as he took his phone out. "Yes, I'll send Lawyer Wang over. He's the lawyer Master hired. Don't worry. It'll be fine."

She remembered what her man told her just now, so she got into the car quickly and told the chauffeur, "Head over to Master Lee's place. I'm sure you know the direction?"

"Yes, Missus!"

Jennie grabbed her handbag and took out her phone. She found Moonbyul's number in Lisa's contact list and quickly called him.

At this moment, inside Moonbyul's apartment, Moonbyul had just finished dinner and was handling some paperwork in the study room. He glanced at his phone as it started vibrating. When he put down his pen, he noticed it was Lisa's number, so he swiftly tapped the button to answer.
