The light dragon mate of Lisa the human and father of the Covenant, the ones who would set the fate of the world and universe.

As a light dragon, he like all other dragons of his race were heavily isolated within the Light Dragon City, the last bastion for their species, never to be corrupted by the outside world, regardless if it was destroying itself. A member of the Council, the governing body of the City, Helios preferred to research in the name of knowledge, much to the chagrin of his older brother Brightson, who was a higher member of the Council. However, this research would lead to the accidental discovery of Lisa, the first human to ever come in contact with Light Dragonkind, found in a forest in the City's outskirts. Overly curious with a personality of kindness and hunger for knowledge, he took her in after discovering she had no true home or people, and after showing her to the similarly curious and lamenting Council, the two inevitably fell in love after learning about one another and mated, conceiving Brian. Their great happiness, fear, and surprise of the revelation was cut short by the Council discovering this affair. With some help from a sympathetic Brightson, they managed to buy more time until the D.H.G., the Dragon Hunters Guild, invaded the City killed its inhabitants. Even as one of the sole survivors, he would eventually die in the name of his mate and son fighting the infamous Angelica Courtney, the leader and most feared dragon-slayer of the D.H.G.

As a light dragon, Helios can use characteristic abilities of his race, using light in the form of beams, cones, and blinding flashes akin to futuristic flashbangs from his maw. Helios could also create a soft glow around himself to become a makeshift light source, along with manipulating light around himself to appear invisible, although it is flawed in the way that it is barely visible given specific light conditions and distance from eyesight. Similar to other light dragons, he could fly at incredibly high speed with his wings at the speed of light, one of the fastest forces in the universe. Like all dragons, he can release all of energy in a single blow, in which he can become something similar to a small sun, incinerating the surrounding area up to two miles away, with the strength, ranges, and intensity varying depending on the user themselves and the energy they have left. While this is a very deadly technique, it could lead to extreme exhaustion, resulting in a rest period of recuperating that could last from a few hours to a few weeks and leaving him vulnerable. In terms of physical abilities, he has the quick speed and agility of a light dragon and the claws, teeth, legs, and tails to match even the mightiest of warriors. As a drake who spends more of his time outside of the council, he has more experience and grip on his abilities compared to his older brother Brightson.

While the Covenant asked their mother for guidance, they looked up to their father for strength, for a child's respect for the one who sired them could never be forsaken, even in coldest of nights, a courage for which they could never forget, less they become one of the victims around them.

Only ones who have damned themselves by completely falling into their sick and twisted dragon-hating human side would ever deny that.
