FLASHBACK OF IN-WOO'S MOM & JAE'S CONVERSATION :

"Say now."

"Auntie, please let In-Woo stay here."

"Dear, my decision is final."

"You know about it, right?"

"What?"

"In-Woo's condition."

"How did you...?"

"A month ago, In-Woo ran into an accident. He was hospitalized, it was then the doctor told me."

"An accident? Oh my!"

"It wasn't an accident. It was Go Hye-Ra."

In-Woo's mother's eye widened in shock.

"How do you know her?"

"Ever since In-Woo was discharged I saw weird men following him around.  At first I thought it was just my notion, but it was true after all. I digged up all the clues & information about the accident. Coincidentally on that rainy day, you were chased by some loan sharks and In-Woo was hit by a car. I understood immediately all of this was intentional. Those loan sharks were not actually loan sharks, they were ordered to attack you and In-Woo's accident was also planned. That lady, Go Hye-Ra, with whom your husband ran off, is rich enough, isn't it obvious she cleared off your husband's debt?"

"Then why is that bitch after me and my son?", In-Woo's mother said trembling.

"There is something more to the story but I can't seem to figure out myself. If you move out with In-Woo they would find you eventually. Here, In-Woo is safe because he is under my eye. To tell you the truth, this building belongs to my dad, even In-Woo doesn't know it. I have made sure to tighten the securities. I pick & drop In-Woo everyday from college. So please let things stay as they are."

"Fortnight Apartment is your dad's building? That means, Mr. Park Hyun-Soo is your dad? You are the heir to Florida Groups?"

Min-Jae nodded.

"Then...then... isn't Go Hye-Ra your....maternal aunt?"

Jae sighed,"That's why it is even more complicated. She won't dare to take a step now that I am involved. But my main concern is In-Woo's health"

Tears welled up in In-Woo's mother's eyes,"I have hid it from him all along. My poor son."

"You should tell him. He won't be able to take it if you hide it forever. I have contacted alot of doctors all over the country & worlwide in the span of 1 month. The tumor hasn't spread to the lymph nodes, there is still a possibility. I have arranged everything."

"You love him?"

Jae stayed still for a moment before replying,"I do. I thought you didn't know about In-Woo's sexuality."

"How can a mother not know her son's preferences?", In-Woo's mother laughed in between crying.

It took her a moment to realize that although Min-Jae acted all tough, his eyes were teary too. His face read' I don't want to lose him'.

"I will let him stay here, with you", In-Woo's mom said. "On one condition."

"And what is that?"

"Let this conversation be a secret."

"But he needs to know about his condition."

In-Woo's mother thought for a while then blurted out,"He will be too furious."
