Frisk stared at the Junior Jumble in front of them. Papyrus was staring at Sans with a look that said 'come the fuck on'.
"BROTHER..."
"yes"
"WHY DID YOU CHOOSE JUNIOR JUMBLE?"
"because it's hard"
"IT IS NOT HARD BROTHER."
"uhhhhh"
"HUMAN IS JUNIOR JUMBLE HARD?"
Frisk stared at the two, confusion on their brow.
"Uhh... yeah, Junior Jumble is really hard. I could never figure it out in school." Papyrus then yelled on the top of his non-existent lungs as Sans burst out laughing.
"aa kiddo you really know how to make his ribs tickle" Sans said while Frisk walked around the puzzle and past Sans. Papyrus grumbled about puzzles and walked away as well.
"Ali." Sans said as The Demon King emerged from the woods.
"Has Frisk told you anything about them?" The Demon King asked as Sans shook his head.
"I've told you before. That kid doesn't trust me. Along with the fact they're on this total dip-shit murder spree." Sans said, his eyes pure black as he turned towards The King.
"Well remember you Skeleton, our alliance is on a thin string of you figuring out whether or not Rose is alive." Sans nodded and started to walk away.
"Sans." The skeleton turned.
"Al reached out to me the other day, AK wants a visit" The lights returned to Sans' eyes and he nodded again. Sans walked away and Ali sighed and pinched the bridge of their nose.
"I will find out weather or not Rose is alive and then I'll find a way out of here." Sans disappeared in the distance in a cloud of red magic.
"Any news on them yet King?" Flowey said as The Demon King paced the land of their kingdom. Flowey hung off their shoulders as they made their way to the beginnings of The Hotlands Section One.
"Not yet you flower." The King said as all went quiet once more.
"Ya know, if you allow me to help you on your search I can find information quicker than that skeleton can." The King rolled their eyes as they set the flower down on the only patch of snowy grass left.
"I don't need you to risk your life by going to the surface trying to find someone who can be long gone by now." The flower went silent once more.
"My subjects are already d*ing due to a child who was ordered to kill us all. I don't want to risk the life of one of my-" The Flower barged in with.
"Friends?'
"Acquaintances." The King finished and stuck their scythe into the ground and leaned against it.
"Oh, I thought we were friends by now. Considering I helped you get free from your prison and gave you the coordinates of the New Capital." The King stared at the ceiling of the cave.
"In the end I would have been able to figure it out myself." The King muttered as the flower looked back at the end of Snowdin.
"Also Sans, why do you even trust him? Considering the incident from a few years ago." Flowey asked as The King returned their sight to the flower.
"He never told anyone, and he's matured. You need to take into consideration he was just a child when he ran into us." The King told the flower who shook his head.
"But still! That skeleton can't be trusted!" The flower yelled only to be shut up by the clawed hand of The King.
"I don't trust that skeleton. I don't know how strong that devil of Gasters is. All I know is he is the best monster to contact to get information. That kid doesn't trust me or you. Hell that kid doesn't trust anyone but Sans can make them peep." The Demon King removed their hand.
"I promise you that."
The flower stared at The King who leaned down to face the Flower.
"I want you to keep an eye on the child, they're almost through Snowdin and about to face Papyrus. I want you to report back to me when the fight is over." Ali told him and Flowey nodded and sunk into the ground. Ali stood up and unhooked their scythe from the ground. They turned and walked into section one of the Hotlands.
The burning rocks of the Hotlands were meant to burn their feet, but it didn't. Their scythe dragged through the ground, causing lava to push through. The Hotlands were covered in these cracks from the many times The King passed. Demons and MONSTERS went into hiding as the King walked the land. After an hour they reached Sector two of the Hotlands, the largest part of the Hotlands in general.
They paused and teleported back to Snowdin.
They watched as Papyrus' head was cut off.
Blood covered the snow and the trees. Al saw a glimpse of Sans before the smaller teleported away. The human stood frozen after their strike, before standing up and continuing forward. The sunny, dying, flower emerged before them.
"Your majesty! Papyrus is-" Flowey realized that The King already knew about it.
"This is going on for too long, that child needs to be stopped." The flowers' eyes went wide in horror.
"But Rose!"
"I'll find another way to get information on them. That child must be stopped"
