Reina's POV

I heard my mom pull in the drive way. I figured I should just stay in the living room and face her rage. The door opened. My mom walked right past me and into the kitchen, obviously not realizing I was there. She quickly spun around.

"Reina? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HOME?" she shouted, "There's still an hour of school left!" She came into the living room, turned off the TV, and stood in front of me with her hands on her hips.

"I had boy problems." I told her quietly, looking at the floor.

"Boy problems? You came home because of boy problems?" she asked, frustrated.

"My crush kissed my best friend. I saw it." I explained to her.

"Oh. My gosh. Sweetie, I am SO sorry I got all worked up. I can imagine how hard that must of been. That's why you came home." She said, and sat down. That's why I love her. She always understands. She sat down on the couch next to me. "Come on, give mommy a hug." She said soothingly and wiped my tears from my cheeks. I hugged her and leaned on her shoulder. We stayed like that for a while.

"Sweetie?" she asked.

"Yes, mom?" I answered.

"If a boy betrays you like that, he doesn't deserve you. Ok?" She said.

"But I really love him, mom." I complained.

"But sweetie..." she began, but was interuppted by the phone ringing. "That's probably the school. I better go and get it." she ran into the kitchen and grabbed the phone. I decided to go upstairs and take a shower, maybe that would help me feel better.

Ashley's POV

I was walking down the hallway after 6th period. I felt really bad for Reina, Geena told me the whole story. When I rounded the corner, everyone was in facing the same way, staring at something even though they were still walking. I pushed throught the group of people to where everyone was staring at. People were giving my frieghtened looks. I was getting a bit scared now. I got to the fromt of the crowd and saw what all the commotion was about.

It was Eddie. Eddie and Abby. snogging, right in the middle of the hallway. This is almost exactly like what happened to Reina. Eddie was my boyfriend. He told me that he loved me. I lost my balance and started to stumble backwards, this was too much for me. But right before I fell, someone caught me, and pushed me back up. I recognized him. His name was Eli Barrett. He wasn't very tall, and he had short, red hair. He turned to Eddie and fake-coughed loudly so Eddie would hear. Eddie turned away for a second and his eyes got wide the second he saw me. He pushed Abby back.

"Ashley, it's not what it looks like. I'm serious." He said, a pleading look on his eyes. I looked him straight in the eye and walked towards him so our faces were almost touching. I held one of his hands. He started to smile, thinking everything was fine.

Suddenly, I took my other hand, slapped him across the face, and walked away. But I just out other corner of my eye, I saw Abby slap Eddie in the face too, and walk away. I smiled. People were gawking at me as I walked by. But Eddie deserved it. I heard footsteps running after me, so I turned around. It was Eli.

"He's gonna have a mark there for a while." Eli laughed, "Nice one." He walked away. Eli was kinda cute. I pushed the thought away and walked on to my next class.

************************************

I visited Reina's house after school, and told her all about Eddie and Eli. We talked only about boys for a few hours, but then I had to leave. Now that I think about it, I made the right choice to slap Eddie. I was happy about it. No more boy drama for a while.
