LILY POV:
"Cover me imma make a run for it. COVER MEEE!" I yell at UVRAY5858 as I run as fast as I can to the depilated house on the other end. We have been losing, badly, but if I can get this kill, we can at least get a dignity win.
I get to the other side of the house where the marker is showing the last red team is at, when I hear UVRAY5858 say "I got him, leave him to me" Damn it, this dude's aim is trash and he will definitely not get him. I move to the side where I can hide for when the inevitable happens and I can have a clear shot.
"FUCK!" UVRAY5858 yells just as BBPADDYJACK lets out a "Got em!" along with a loud laugh, which I take as my queue to shoot, and I do and get the hit. "and with that, I regain some of my lost dignity from that terrible streak" I say nonchalantly.
The game ends and I take advantage of the buffer time to change my character around. As I am looking through my gun options, I see a friend request come through and see BBPADDYJACK's friend request. I hit accept, because the dude was good and god knows I need someone good to play with. As soon as I accept I get a message from him come through
"Wanna play? I got 2 more games in me before I gotta put myself to sleep"
"Damn, you babysit yourself? tough times man. Yeah, I got time for one more before my eyes give up on me."
I instantly get hopped on the party group of BBPADDYJACK and two more players- JJSTYLE97 and ZIMMYSIXONENINE
"Hey WINNIELILY" User JJSTYLE97 says into the microphone "I heard you're good"
"Man she was carrying that whole squad for real, how you get on such a bad team?" BBPADDYJACK asks.
"Randos man, hope y'all are better or this night is gonna suck and be a waste of my time" I groan into the mic.
"Hahaha, well I hope we live up to your standards, I'm Tim, BB is Jack and JJ is well, JJ" ZIMMYSIXONENINE says.
"Pleasure, I'm Lily and I have to get my ass up at 5 for work so let's get this started" I laugh into the mic.
Jack starts the game and it surprises me how we seem to all play well together. We go through the game with ease winning each set by a landslide. When the game ends I feel redeemed from the horrible games I had all night.
"Well that was fun boys, but I gotta get my ass to sleep before I regret it tomorrow." I say into the microphone as I rummage through my drawers searching for my comfortable long cotton pj shirt.
"Do you play everyday, I uh- we would like to play with you again" Jack says in a sheepish voice, and so me being me, decide that I will get a final laugh before logging out.
"Ah, I have enamored you with my playing skills, excellent my plan has worked. You will not be able to get rid of me now" and to add a little sass I laugh hehehe'ing like a gremlin.
The three guys let out loud laughs, the kind that come from the pit of your stomach and make you bounce, my kind of laugh. The type that make you forget your shitty life and breathes it back into you.
"I usually play around 8ish" I say when the laughs start to die down.
"Cool send us a request to join the party when you connect, we all have different schedules but one of us is bound to be online." JJ says.
