Okay, so this ship is like the second most popular ship in the anipoke. It is very popular among millennials who only watched Indigo-Johto, or just normal people in general haha.
My opinions is that Ash does have compassion towards Misty, and Misty is the same. But I feel they don't want a relationship, and never have those desires. I see them as very close friends, and nothing more.
