The last few weeks me, my mom and Amber went shopping. I was so excited for prom but I was even more excited for after prom. Malcolm said he got us a room at Holiday Inn. I told my mom I would be spending the night over Aaliyah's after prom because I knew she would beat my black ass if she found out I was with Malcolm.
My family loves Malcolm especially my little brother Aaron. Malcolm helps keep him out of trouble and away from the streets.
"What about this dress?" My mom asked while holding up the dress.
"Uhm I don't like that one, lets keep looking." I said.
"Amber we've been in here for 2 hours you have to like something." my mom argued.
"Well I don't. I want to look perfect mom." I said.
And then there it was, the dress of my dreams sparking on the clothing rack.
"That's the one." I said pointing to my mom and Aaliyah.
"Are you sure it's -" My mom said
"Beautiful." I answered for her.
