What Next

The next day Thomas woke up in his bedroom at home and looked at the empty bunk beds that Ethan and Elia use to sleep in wishing that it was just a bad dream. Thomas got out of his bed so fast that it spooked Mittens who was laying on his bed asleep, Oreo ran over to Thomas as Thomas went yarning into the bathroom. He looked at his reflection in the mirror and saw himself as his future self  taking his team into battle.

“I look forward to being that Tom” Thomas whispered to himself.
Thomas then went downstairs to get breakfast after having a shower, at breakfast Thomas sat reading the newspaper him and the team had mad the front page for defeating the two Golems. Thomas’s older sister Bekki walked in just as Thomas had a spoonful of cereal.
“Hey TomTom what are you going to do today?” she asked
“I’m not sure” replied Thomas as the doorbell went off
“Who’s at the door at this time” said their mother walking in the backdoor with some fruit and veg from the garden.
Their mother answered the front door and standing on the doorstep was a women and two small children.

“Hannah what are you doing here?” asked Fiona in a surprise tone
“Hello to you too BFF” said Hannah
Both Fiona and Hannah hugged each other madly, then Alan walked down the stairs to see Hannah and Fiona.
“What’s going on” he said confusedly
“Your other family is here honey” said Fiona
“Wait how did you…” started Alan
“We do talk to each other Alan” said Hannah holding up half a heart necklace, Fiona did the same they then put them together and the necklaces made a heart with BFFs written on it.

“Well come on in Hannah and kids” said Alan walking into the front room closing the door behind him, Hannah came in and followed Fiona into the kitchen were Thomas and Bekki where looking at each other in confusion.
“Mum what’s going on?” asked Thomas
“Oh yeah were are my manners, this is Hannah your step mother, your dads other partner” Fiona said
“What!” shouted Bekki so loudly that everyone apart from Alan came running.
“What’s wrong…” started Allan but went quite when he saw Hannah and the two children in the kitchen.
“What’s all the noise about” shouted Dr Brainstorm walking into the kitchen with a burnt face “I was doing a experiment in my office when I heard shouting and I got a huge explosion in my face”
“Sorry Dr B” said Alan walking in the room at that exact time “Fiona here just told Bekki about Hannah, you remember her don’t you”
“Oh yeah your other partner” said Dr Brainstorm

Thomas was still confused about the two children so he asked
“So Hannah is our step mother and dads other partner does that mean the boy and girl are our half siblings?”
“Top marks Tom, spot on, excellent observation, yes it does this is Jessica and Arlo, me and Fiona couldn’t have anymore children together after having the Quads, your mother couldn’t have more so she suggested Hannah and with that Jessica was born then a year after Jessica, Arlo was born” said Alan

“Oh okay, but why are they here now?” asked Natassha
“Well they are family” said Fiona “So they can live here with us”
“Sounds great Jessica and Arlo can have Ethan and Elia’s bunk bed in our room right Lia” said Thomas
“Yes, they can” replied Lia
Thomas got up and took Jessica and Arlo to the bedroom to put their bags away he left them to do there own thing, he grabbed his sword and went to the training lab on Storm. Whilst there Thomas’s anger got the better of him, his eyes went creamy-white, he started to slice at everything in the training room that he had prepared until there was nothing left and he was standing in the center of the room sword in hand, sweating, he was breathing deeply.

Just then his girlfriend Lily came in and she screamed at the site of him, he looked at her through his white eyes then fell onto the floor as his anger had not just sliced up the room he also hit his body which had been bleeding out before Lily walked in.
Lily’s kept screaming while she held Thomas, she put his head in her lap and waited for help to arrive, soon Thomas’s father arrived saw Thomas and Lily, Thomas covered in blood and Lily having got Blood on her clothing. Thomas’s father pulled out his Mphone D1 and called Fiona.

Fiona soon arrived and held her son’s hand and with some magic held Thomas’s wounds. Thomas opened his eyes which had gone back to normal looked around him at his girlfriend who was crying over him, at his mother and father who looked like they saw a ghost.
“What happened?” asked Thomas
“You hurt yourself” replied his Father
Thomas got up and limped over to the drinking fountain and got a drink, his head was pounding with pain.
Thomas looked at his sword then his eye went white and he was thrown before Lily found him. He was in the past but not in the past he saw himself swing his sword then saw himself stop and starting to bleed but his past self stayed stood in the same place.

Thomas came back to his senses and saw his mother, father and Lily just staring at him he then said
“I saw what happened how did I manage to hurt myself with my own sword”
“Wait you saw you hurt yourself?” asked his father
“Yes, what’s wrong with that?” asked Thomas
“Nothing, Nothing” replied his father walking away
Thomas was certain that it was a problem but he didn’t say anything.

That night Thomas went to bed but couldn’t sleep he stayed up most the night sitting at his desk working on a blueprint that had came to him as he tried to sleep, soon as the morning light shined in through the window Thomas was finished his design, he ran to Dr Brainstorm’s lab in the attic with the design and bumped into a young girl who was in the lab she looked about nine in age and had long brown hair.
“Hi there” she said in a cheerful way
“Hi” said Thomas “who are you”
“This is my daughter Tom, she and her brother have come to live with me” said Dr Brainstorm walking in with a box of bits and bobs.
“Oh okay, anyway I would like you to try build something for me?” asked Thomas
“Ahh, you do, do you” replied Dr Brainstorm with an interested tone in his voice “My I see it”
Thomas handed Dr Brainstorm the blueprints and Dr Brainstorm had an intriguing look at the plans then started to say
“I can indeed build this…”
“Brilliant” said Thomas happily
“But it will take awhile to do” he continued
“Okay, I’ll leave you to it I’ve got school to get to” said Thomas as he ran off
