Lunch Break

Thomas was sat at the Table Of Red-Rock when one of his older cousins ran over it was Thomas’s aunt Jennifer’s son Herobrien Claydon, Jennifer refereed to as simply Jenny was Thomas’s dad’s oldest sister.
Herobrien sat down next to Thomas Herobrien was two years older then Thomas and his twins but looked two years younger. Herobrien was in year 4 whilst Thomas was a year 2.
Thomas don’t know who Herobrien’s dad was but Thomas always heard his aunt saying to Herobrien that his dad would be proud of his Jr.

“Hey Herobrien whats wrong?” asked Thomas
“Did you see the Leprechaun in the food hall when the smoke cloud happened because I did?” asked Herobrien
“Yes I’m glad someone saw it too” replied Thomas
“It wasn’t just you” said a voice behind them.
Thomas and Herobrien turned and saw their other cousins there, Ben and his sister Georgina so where Thomas’s twins Lia, Ethan and Elia
“What do you think that Leprechaun was doing here?” asked Lia
“I don’t know but it must be connected to this note I got” replied Thomas getting the note out and handing it to Lia to read.

Lia read the note, looked at Thomas then looked back at the note with a grin on her face.
“What is it Lia?” asked Thomas
“This note it’s dad’s handwriting and colour of blue ink, Tom dad sent you it” replied Lia
“Wait dad sent it” said Thomas looking at the note one more time and indeed it was in his dad’s handwriting.
Then the school was went quite as though something or someone muted it then the only thing that was heard was a high pitch scream that deafened the whole school maybe even the town it was that loud, Thomas knew who it was even before his Brother Allan came running to tell him.

Thomas ran towards the football pitch and saw her Lily she was covered in blood and before it went he saw the Leprechaun disappear into a bush. The whole school tried to see what had happened and who the scream came from. Thomas knelt down next to Lily, grabbed his bag off his back and pulled out a book, he opened it on the page of healing, closed his eyes then stated to mutter words that no one understood. Soon the air was filled with the sound of sirens as the police and ambulance pulled into the school car park.

Thomas’s eye opened but they had turned white, and Lily’s body rised into the air and so did Thomas, soon the paramedics and police officers came over but stopped when they saw Thomas.
Golden particles came out of Thomas and into Lily, healing her wounds at the same time Mr Cookdoo came over with two adults.

Thomas then finished his spell and set Lily on the ground but he stayed in the air waiting for something to happen and it did the Leprechaun came running towards Lily but Thomas was now ten times quicker so he flew at the creature that stopped and tried to flee but was captured by Thomas.
Thomas froze the Leprechaun, then fell to the floor for a moment but got back up eyes back to normal.

“Thomas Laurence Richard” shouted a voice Thomas knew very well it came from behind him
Thomas turned round to see his father was standing against a wall with a grin on his face.
“Dad” shouted Thomas running to hug his dad who knelt down to hug him back “What are you doing here”
Before his dad could answer someone screamed “Daddy!!” Thomas turned to see his twins running towards them.
“Hey you three” said their father
“dad!!” exclaimed Allan as he came over with Bekki and Natassha
“Allan, and my big girls how I’ve missed you all” said their father
“Alan!!!” a voice screamed from the car park as Thomas’s mother came running over to the kids.

“Fiona” said their father getting up to hug her “How have you been”
“I’ve been great why come back now?” she asked
“I’ve decided to come home to live my life more simpler” he replied
Then Thomas heard Lily waking up and ran over to her side, she opened her eyes and saw Thomas and smiled she sat up and looked round saw her parents and said
“Mummy, daddy I ruined my school clothes” she cried
“It doesn’t matter sweetheart we’re just glad your alright” said her father
Thomas’s dad walked up and said
“I’ll pay for her new clothes”
“Why would you do that” said Mr Livestone
“Because you work for me that’s why” said Thomas’s father

“Wait Mr Livestone works for you dad?” asked Thomas
“Yes I needed to keep an eye on a relic he owns” replied Thomas’s father with a laugh
Thomas walked over to Lily and her mother leaving his dad and Lily’s dad talking. The paramedics came over to see how Lily was and said she and Thomas needed to go to hospital.
“Why do I need to go?” asked Thomas then he saw it he had a big gash in his arm and in his leg was a piece of wood the paramedics took the piece of wood out his leg making him scream and bandaged his leg and arm up.

Thomas and Lily sheared an Ambulance to hospital on the journey Thomas went limp then he fell asleep.
In Thomas’s dream he was at home on his birthday and was having fun with his twins when a loud noise happened from outside Thomas got up to look out the window and saw that the sky had turned red like blood.

Thomas was confused and had no idea what was going on, people where running everywhere, fire burned the ground as lava raised from the depths of the earth, Thomas looked behind him and saw Ethan and Elia get grabbed by Lava-Monsters and turned evil. Thomas grabbed a sword from the wall and ran at his twins and the Lava-Monsters but it was too late, Thomas screamed as his vision faded to black.

“Thomas, Thomas” said a voice
Thomas sat up in a hospital bed he was sweating like crazy and saw his mother and father where at his side.
