Chapter 8

Wow I didn't know he knew all that but nobody was suppose to know b/c he made me promise not to tell anyone. how could he know??? I just started to break down and cry. then he held me and told me its ok and not to cry.

"look its gonna be ok hes gone now your better now" he said

"thank you" I say calming down

"your welcome"

"ill head home now then"

"you can stay here if you like" I gave him a look "lol I aint gonna do nothing"

"ok fine"

"ill carry you"

"ok" I say as he carries me like a baby and layed me in the bed "goodnight"

"goodnight"

*next day*

I wake up and I see August still sleeping so I went to the bathroom when I came back out and he was sitting up.

"Goodmorning" I say

"morning" he says "how you sleep???"

"ok hbu???"

"good ig"

"do you have an aspirin or something???

"uhh lemme check... here you go"

"thanks"

"you welcome"

"so I really have to get home"

"ok ill drive you"

"ok thanks and umm thanks again for last night"

"its ok and im sorry about last night"

"its ok"

*in the car*...

"what do you wanna talk about???"

"what don't you already know about me???"

"im sorry I had to know more about you to impress you but I didn't know it was gonna be that"

"mhmm ok"

"look I wanna know about you from you not from resources"

"well talk some other time" we pulled up to my house

"you do know you can talk to me right???"

"yeah see you later"

"ight"

I wanna believe him but I know there aint gonna be nobody there for me in he long run or anybody to trust. this world is effed up and alot of people sneaky as hell. even your bestie/nigga/girl/homie/homeboy/homegirl/etc. they can be the main people to hurt you. what happened to being there??? exaactly, especially dudes like they run they mouth too and they snakes but that aint nun of my business. I got out and knew my ma was waiting for me. when I opened the door low and behold...
