Tadano-Kun and Komi-san can't communicate and I'll help them! (KCC AU)

Communication 3: We're not killers!

Narrator's POV:

Najimi listened to what Henry asked them and told Tadano and Komi to go back home with them.

Najimi: "Komi, Tadano, wanna walk home together?"

Tadano and Komi accepted Najimi's request

Najimi's perspective:

"Sorry about earlier, when I said we couldn't be friends, that's not how I really feel."

*Tadano and Komi did not do any eye contact*

"Uh... But you guys do remember me from a long time, do ya?"

Komi and Tadano: "Mmm!/Ngh!"

"!? ...Oh... Oh that's true! Komi, you're like super popular in the whole school, do you have any secrets?"

Komi: *Gives them a bone chilling look*

Henry is writing on his cellphone and following them just to make sure nothing goes wrong: Is everything okay?

Let's rewind to see Henry's perspective: ⏪ 

Henry's perspective:

Najimi: "Sorry about earlier, when I said we couldn't be friends, that's not how I really feel."

Komi and Tadano: *Too shy and nervous to look them in the eyes*

Najimi: "Uh... But you guys do remember me from a long time, do ya?"

Komi and Tadano: "Mmm!/Ngh!" *Because they got nervous their 'mm hmm/yeah' came out as a 'mmm/ngh'*

Najimi: "Oh that's true! Komi, you're like super popular in the whole school, do you have any secrets?"

Komi: *Wants to say no but is about to collapse*

*writing on his cellphone* Is everything okay?

Najimi: *writing on their cellphone* I give up.

'Wow, even Najimi can't speak with them...'

???(1): "Najimi!"

Suddenly two guys I've never seen before started running towards Najimi, Tadano and Komi, one was a... very round individual,  and the other one is quite skinny...

Author's note: (Am I the only one who thinks they remind of  Takesi and Tsuneo from Doraemon?)

???(1): "Found you, Najimi."

Najimi: "Oh? Well, if it isn't Maa and Shii! What are you two doing here?"

Maa: "Ah, come on now, you're the one who moved away without even telling us you were leaving!"

Shii: "Maa was super sad thanks to you, Najimi!"

'Oh... they're just childhood friends...'

Narrator POV:

Najimi: "And? What do you want?" Najimi asked them, Maa seemed nervous about something when they asked that.

Maa: "Uhm... It's just that... I realized after you left that... you're way to precious for me!

Shii: "Come on! You've got this!"

Maa: "Najimi... Will you... go out with me-?"

Najimi: "No way, José! I'm a guy too.

Henry: 'That was quick... also, pick a gender darnit!'

Maa: "...Najimi... I've already made my decision..."

Maa didn't care if Najimi was a guy or not, he istead took off his jacket and dropped everything with it, including his house keys, which landed right next to Tadano. Najimi was being tormented by Maa, Henry and Komi were doubting if help them or not and Tadano was looking at the keys.

Najimi: "Ow! Maa! Let me go!"

Maa: "Najimi... after this... you won't run away... any longer-."

But suddenly Maa was interrupted by Tadano,  who aproached him, Maa felt tension from the situation, but then saw Tadano showing the keys. Because of this distraction, Maa let go of Najimi, Komi went to assist them, and Tadano was trying to say something, meanwhile Henry was looking the situation like a proud father.

Henry: 'Tadano's speaking to a complete stranger! 🫢' He was wiggling his tail, thanks to how proud he was.

Tadano: D......d........i..e...

Maa: *scared* DID YOU JUST SAY DIE!? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY!? C-COULD IT BE...?!

Tadano: (Maa's interpretation) "I KILLED THE LAST PERSON THAT DID THAT TO NAJIMI WITH HIS OWN HOUSE KEYS!"

Maa: *Still scared* "IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO SAY!!!???"

Tadano and Henry looked at Maa with a "for real?" face, but didn't say a word, Maa looked like he was about to pee himself though. He and Shii decided to flee, but it was all a misunderstanding, since what Tadano tried to say was: "Dude, you dropped this key."

Henry and Komi tried to confort Tadano, he was once again about to cry. Komi, funnily enough for Najimi decided to confort him by petting him on the head.

Henry: "Tadano, it's okay bud, that wasn't so-."

Najimi: "Okay, I'll be Komi and Tadano's friend."

Henry, Komi and Tadano took a while to realize what Najimi just said.

Najimi: "........PFF!... [Laughter]. Tadano, you're just a riot, and you're adorable, Komi! Now I see it, I was wrong about you all this time! You're super hysterical! Alright, then. Let's go home now!" They said.

Najimi hurried up a bit and left the other three behind, Henry wanted to see how they'd react. Unsurprisingly, they jumped of joy. They were super happy that they have made their 3rd friend.

Henry: "Now then... the frick do we do with the keys?" Henry said. They took them to the police.
