Tadano-Kun and Komi-san can't communicate and I'll help them! (KCC AU)

Conversation 2: A childhood friend

When a person has extreme social anxiety, also known as sociophobia, they struggle to communicate with others. Here's something to consider: They're only struggling. It doesn't mean that they don't want to form long-lasting connections or friendships .

Narrator's POV:

So here's the plot so far: Henry has decided that his goal at Itan Private High School is to help Komi and Tadano to make 101 friends.

Henry: 'I'm sure that because of Komi's popularity, making a hundred and one friends will be a piece of cake!' Henry's plan was as follows: Henry will talk to his fellow classmates about their goals and since Komi is popular they might accept. Sounds easy right? Well...

Expectation:

Henry: I heard  that Komi and Tadano are both looking together for some new friends.

Student: Really? Well then, I'll be their friend!

Student: Me too!

Student: Me three!

Reality:

Henry: 'Ok, mental plan's on how this goes, checked. Now, who may I start with...?' Henry took a glance at the popular girls were just standing there. (Not meneacingly.)

Henry: "Um, excuse me, Yamai?"

Yamai: "... Oh? What is it, Myers?"

Henry didn't notice, but Tadano was curious and got close to him.

Henry: "Well, you see, Tadano and Komi want to make some new friends. So..."

Yamai: "Who do you think you are, addressing the Supreme one by their name like that? You call her Lady Komi, you bozo. Don't get carried away just 'cause you're sitting next to her, you scum. Be grateful that you're allowed to breathe the same air as her when you're just scum, scum, scum, scum... Scum!"

Yamai got close to Henry's right, thinking that his wolf ears were actually fake, Henry barely heard any of her whispers, but, Tadano ended up hearing everything Yamai wispered to Henry and the only thing Henry heard was the word "Scum".

Yamai: "What did you say?"

Henry: "Nothing..." He noticed how Tadano was traumatized. Which made one of his veins pop up, it seemed like it was about to explode.

Yamai: "Oh, really? Well, then don't speak to me again, okay?"

Henry was still hopeful that he would at least make his friends have someone else on their friend lists... but he got the exact same results after 20 attempts.

Henry: 'I don't have any friends besides those two... I said I'd help them but... there's nothing I can do if I don't have any friends at all... Sorry guys... I'm f#%&ing STUPID!' Henry grabbed his desk and slammed it on his face, jumpscaring Komi and Tadano with the noise.

Henry: 'But I refuse to give up just yet! I don't really want to speak with him at all, but... I bet he could probably be friends with those two...' Henry got close to a lavender haired person, it looks like he knows who this person is.

Student: "Ok, later!"

???: "C'ya!"

Henry's POV:

"Hey, Osana?"

???: "Hm? Oh, hey there! Tell me, what can I, Najimi Osana, your childhood friend, do for you, Myers?... And Komi and Tadano?"
