It had been almost 18 months since we found the lost city of El Dorado and get stranded in south America with a sack full of gold. Well, let me catch you up. First, we catch a ride home. and sleep for almost three weeks. And when we finally get back, i got remind of how much my family hates me right now, but my brother Topper still has a soft spot for me. 'At least someone around here still likes me.'

After all the loose ends are tied up, the gold. All the hard work paid off as all the gold translated to money, a whole lot of money. After paying jj's restitution on Tuesday, our joint account balance concluded up to one point one million, seventy-two thousand, five hundred and forty-nine dollars.

Just like old times, the seven of us were sat around in a circle, sitting on old tree stumps that were most defiantly putting splinter in our butt. But none of that mattered. We were home, together, with pretty much a bank balance of unlimited money that could last us a lifetime.

'Okay, wait!' the blonde boy spoke out, 'Hear me out. Rally truck with yellow LEDs to replace the Twinkie for right now.' he spoke looking around for answers. 

'Nope, not getting rid of the twinkie' john b spoke out

I smile 'what about with solar panels, maybe!'

'If it's in the budget'

'And a bigger boat!'

I think we all had gotten a bit too ahead of ourselves. I wonder how far we could've gone if we weren't interrupted by pope 'Wait guys hold on, hold on,' he began, gaining our attention. It's.. It's not like we can all go off and buy a house of anything, I mean split between all of us, that's about $180,000, Minus what we owe barracuda mike'

'Let him try and take this, ill mess him up' jj spoke slumping his arm around my shoulder before we all let out slight head shakes.

'Just gonna say it. i don't want to piss off the drug dealer.' The brunette boy spoke, shrugging his shoulders. 

'Listen, if we divide this us, were all gonna blow it.' pope began again before we all turned our heads towards jj, knowing how bad he is at spending money.

'Wow, okay. Why are you all looking at me like that?' the blonde scoffed, looking around at all of us before looking direct at me. 'Lee, you can't talk, you would spend not just your share, but all of ours in at least a month on bikinis!'

I would fight back but i know he's right, i have a bikini spending problem. 'i say i can spend it all in a week!'

i heard as everyone give a slight chuckle before pope once again continued, 'But maybe if we pool all our money together, we can create something with actual economies of scale.'

'Like what?' kie questioned

he smirked slightly 'You remember the island'

'Duh'

'of course' 

'How could we forget'

'I mean, it was our own island, and we built everything from basically nothing, right?' He questioned, earning smiles from us all at the memory of our private island from a little while ago. 'I think we can have that again. right here. jj's properties going up for auction, right? So, let's buy it back. I mean, look around. A lot of land, deep water access. Unless any of you are planning on going back to school, we're gonna need a place to work, a place to stay and live. I think we can have both those things right here.'
