Halloween

Location... A beach in Florida

Year... 2024

Y/N POV

I was happy it was finally Halloween. My sister was being herself like every other Halloween.  She turned 21 a week ago so now she wanted to throw a party on Halloween. I let out a long sigh as she begged me.

"Come on Y/N!" She begged

"I think it would be fun," Kathy said

I glare at her "You're not helping me here,"

"Yeah, I know." She said with a wink 

"S/N, are you sure?" I ask her

"Yes! If the house gets all messy I'll clean it!" She said

"You better I'll trust and I won't tell mom and dad." I say

She hugged me tightly I can't ever be mad at her so I hug her back. I hear Kathy chuckle so i roll my eyes at her. I let go of S/N and she goes to get ready. 

A few hours later she comes back with a bunch of alochol, sweets, food, decorations, and some games. We started to set up for the party which would start at 6:00. I was tasked with the tables and all that.

At 5:00 we finished setting up the main parts of the party. I opened up the pool and turned the heater on. When I finished that I leaned on the railing of the balcony to look out over the beach and at the ocean. It is a beautiful night with a full moon.

I turn to S/N who was sitting with her feet in the pool. 

"So, who did you invite?" I ask

"My friends," she respond blankly

"How many?" I ask 

"All of them!" She says happily

"And how many is that?" I ask narrowing my eyes

"Um... Like 70 who I said could invite their friends," She says happily

"Lord have mercy tonight is going to be long." I say in annoyance

After a few hours of waiting the first few guests arrive. S/N had told people to wear a costume if wanted and a swiming suit if wanted or both. I ddin't do much I ddin't really want to interact with people at the party I didn't do much partying.

I just stood with Kathy chatting with her. I didn't really dress. I just put on a black trench coat and all black to make a crappy something like a costume. It seemed to work though. 

At this point the party is loud and full of people wandering and enjoying themselves. I let out a sigh and continue to talk with Kathy.

"So, you know anyone here?" She asks me

"Yeah, I recongize people from when S/N has them over but I wouldn't even call them a friend," I say calmly

"Yeah, I've seen a few people I remember," She says rotating her wine glass.

As I am looking out into the crowd I think I notice a girl who looks really familiar. I try not to stare but she seems familiar I try to place my finnger on it but I can't. I start to recognize her long hair and revealing clothing and then it clicks in my head. It all comes to me when I see she has a tail that looks all to real.

I held back spitting out my wine and started coughing. I can't believe what I just saw. I thought I was just seeing things but i look back and see the tail.

"You okay dude?" Kathy asks

"Yeah yeah I'm fine," I reassure her

She gives me a skeptical glare but doesn't pry any further. I act natural but I think wilidly. Is that really Godzilla? If it is how? If she is here does that mean the others are to? All these questions run through my head as I can't stop staring.
