Beth's POV----
I felt the doctors hook me up to something then I heard the beeps of the heart monitor. I heard someone walk in and figured it was Amy judging on the accent. I tried to move and say where Joseph was.  But it only made the voices more distant like I was being pulled away from my friends Amy, Tiffany, Mario,Netty and surprisingly Squid. But where the hell was my boyfriend Joseph. Then I heard one more come in and yelled at Netty. "NETTY LOOK WHAT YOU DID, I HATE YOU" the voice faintly said, then I could hear nothing at all it was silent. And in my mind I saw myself climbing up a dark staircase I could see light at the end though.
Joseph's POV---
When I parked I stayed in my car for at least an hour bawling. I ran into the main office and asked where Beth was. She kindly said she was in room 129 on the first floor. I bolted to the room, opened the door, and saw her hooked up to a heart monitor and had an IV in her she looked like a mess so did I. I tried to hold back my tears knowing she would go soon. Hot wet tears trickled down my cheeks. I saw Netty in the room I began to fill up with rage. "NETTY LOOK WHAT YOU DID, I HATE YOU" I yelled. I turned around to hear Beth's heart beat slow until she flat lined. The alarm for her room went off and within seconds about 8 doctors and 2 nurses came rushing in and kicked us all out while they tried to get her breathing again. Amy,Tiffany and Netty were bawling I joined and could have sworn David had too. Amy stopped crying first and started singing to us. We all calmed down and listened exept for me I was too sad to even listen.  I realized what she was singing.  It was her and Beth's favorite Evanescence song called Hello. I remembered all the good times we had together.  I just couldn't get the fact that I was going to propose to her tomorrow.
