The next day, the penthouse was awash with activity. Everyone gathered around the kitchen island for breakfast.

Mei and the cook missed taking care of their young miss, so they went all out in cooking delicious breakfast dishes. It was a feast. Actually, it was pretty heavy for breakfast but nobody complained. Everybody ate with gusto, especially the glutton Jae who consumed food like a black hole.

Grandpa's delighted, booming voice was the loudest among them. He was currently playing with Little Jun who sat on his lap. He refused to let the toddler go. Little Jun also wanted to stay with his great-grandpa who he found very funny.

There was a TV playing the morning news mounted on the farthest wall of the kitchen. For the most part, they weren't paying attention to it until....

"The identity of musician Jennie's fiancé has now reportedly been revealed as Jiyong Kwon, the grandson of legendary business genius Sir Jian. Sir Jian is one of the founders of multinational enterprise Manoban Corporation, the current number one company in the country. Several witnesses claim that Sir Jian himself confirmed that Jennie is engaged to his own grandson during last night's birthday party of Jennie's father, Jihoon who is also the President-CEO of Kim Industries..."

A dumpling fell out of Jae's chopsticks and landed back in his bowl. He gasped loudly, and immediately looked at his sir boss. Mei, the cook and the other household staff also looked similarly surprised and confused.

Lisa's expression was frightening to look at. He looked at the TV as if it was the greatest enemy of his life. Then he turned his head and glared at Grandpa, though he caught himself in time and looked elsewhere instead. He was unhappy with Grandpa, but he would never dare to disrespect him.

Jennie took the chopsticks from his hand to save them from getting broken from the force he was exerting on them.

"Hmm... That's so weird. Grandpa was clearly talking about you, hon. I don't know why they suddenly concluded that my fiancé is Big Brother Jiyong," she told him.

"Exactly! Where in cuckoo's nest did they hear me say that my Jiyong is Ruby's fiancé? I want to know! This is fake news! How dare they twist my words?!"

Little Jun laughed at Grandpa. The little guy was already used to the old man's loud, booming voice and wasn't easily startled anymore.

"Ah, am I funny? Of course Great-Grandpa is the funniest! Because you're a good boy, I'll buy you another batch of new toys and books!"

Hoyeon smiled helplessly. Grandpa had bought so many presents for Little Jun that they might run out of space to store it at their unit. She opened her mouth, about to ask the old man to please stop giving so many things to her son, but Hwi stopped her.

"Let him dote on our son. Having this close connection to Sir Kwon will be great for our son's future," he whispered to her.

It felt a bit opportunistic, but she agreed with Hwi. Instead, she swore to herself to teach her son how to stand up on his own two feet and not depend too much on his godparents and Great-Grandpa.

Back to Lisa. He looked at his baby girl and Grandpa. He could tell that they really had no idea why the news reported wrongly. He glared at the TV instead. The news already moved on the next story, but the previous one still echoed inside his head.

'...Jennie's fiancé has now reportedly been revealed as Jiyong Kwon...'

Dammit! It should be Lisa Manoban!!!

Hwi released a loud sigh. "I knew this was going to happen. Of course people misunderstood. Sir only confirmed that little sister's fiancé is his grandson. How could they knew that he also treats Lisa as his own grandson? It's only natural for them to think about Sir's flesh and blood grandson, Jiyong, instead of Lisa. Not everyone knows how really close the Manobans and the Kwons are that you practically treat each other as one family. All they know is that you're inseparable business partners but that's it."

Both Jennie and Grandpa's eyes widened in realization at the same time.

"Bah! How is that my fault? I want to know! How could I know that those people have terrible one-track minds to misunderstand my words so easily? It's their fault, not mine! Let's forget about it. The people will soon get bored talking about such fake news." Grandpa waved a dismissive hand and resumed eating while interacting with Little Jun.

"Yes, hon. Just ignore it. Besides, it's not the first time that people made the wrong guess as to who my real fiancé is. For a long time, many thought that it was Brother Hyung—"

Lisa scowled.

"—and now they think it's Big Brother Jiyong." Jennie shrugged, also waving the matter away like Grandpa. "I don't have any feelings for Brother Hyung other than my respect and admiration for him as a fellow musician. As for Big Brother Jiyong, he's more of a brother to me than Elder Brother Hwi."

It was Hwi's turn to scowl.

"Meaning, they're our brothers and they will remain that way. Lisa is my one and only man, so don't think much of those fake news anymore. Okay, hon?"

"En."

Her sweet-talk made him feel much better. He smiled smugly and gave her a quick peck on the lips in front of everyone.

"Ehehehe." Jae, their number one shipper of all time, shimmied in delight at their public display of affection.

Little Jun squealed and clapped his hands. Then he turned to Hoyeon and demanded, "Mommi, kiss! Kiss Junjun!"

Everyone laughed in amusement, except for Hwi. He was unhappy that his son was increasingly following that damn Lisa as his role model, instead of him, the father. He also felt a little surly when Yeon immediately left his side to give their son several kisses. Maybe he ought to work harder in improving his own romance skills. He didn't want to lose to his own toddler son any further.

The breakfast continued in high spirits. Jennie was able to pacify Lisa's jealousy with her sweet-talk, while Little Jun's presence made everyone amused and happy for the entire day
