Y/N POV:
Dr. Hill stood over me, his gaze steady as I lay on the cold ground. "Do you feel that, Y/N?" he asked, his eyes scanning the empty sanatorium around us. He crossed his arms over his chest. "Do you feel the loneliness your choices are bringing you?"
I glared up at him. "This is completely different," I spat, trying to sit up. But as I did, the scene shifted abruptly, and suddenly we were back in his office. Dr. Hill now sat calmly behind his desk, the familiar ticking of the clock filling the room. "Level with me, Doctor. Are you even real?"
Dr. Hill sighed, rubbing his face as if exhausted. "What do you think?" he shot back, answering my question with another. "Do you think I'm real?"
I scratched my head, confused. "I... I don't know."
He paused the ticking clock, folding his hands together. "Then let's discuss how you reacted to Jess's outcome."
A flash of memories hit me—Jess, her scream, everything falling apart. "It was tragic, sure. Look, I didn't like her, but I didn't think she deserved to die," I muttered, crossing my arms defensively. "Still, I'd like to think Karma had its way."
Dr. Hill tilted his head slightly. "And how did you come to that conclusion?"
I took a deep breath, staring down at my hands. "Jess was practically the ringleader of what happened to Hannah and Beth," I admitted, my voice quieter. "I just... I can't forgive them for that. Why should they deserve my forgiveness?"
I slammed my hand on the desk, anger bubbling up uncontrollably. "Just because they apologized?" I shouted. "How does 'sorry' bring anyone back? It doesn't!" I pushed myself up, turning my back to him as I stared out the window. "It's not fair."
Dr. Hill remained silent, closing his journal as I stood there, the weight of everything hanging between us. "Exactly," I said bitterly. "You don't have an answer to that, do you?"
I glanced over my shoulder. "Until next time, Doctor," I muttered, feeling the world around me start to fade, bracing myself for whatever reality was waiting for me outside his office.

Sam POV:
After what felt like hours of crawling through the tight vents, I finally reached an exit. With a strong kick, the cover flew off, and I dropped down into the basement. I made sure the towel stayed secure around me as I switched on the flashlight, its beam cutting through the darkness.
I began searching the basement, hoping to find anything useful, when I stumbled across a phone. I swiped the screen and realized it was Josh's. A text conversation between him and a Dr. Hill caught my eye.
As I continued exploring, I came across a folder. The label on it made my heart skip a beat: "Y/N Washington. Psychiatric Evaluation," signed by the same Dr. Hill. This was the connection between Josh and Y/N after everything that happened last year. Whatever went down with them was hidden in these pages.
A memory flashed in my mind—the gloves of the psycho who had grabbed me. Leather, just like the ones I saw earlier. "Could Y/N be the psycho?" I whispered, my concern growing. It was a possibility I couldn't ignore.
I kept searching, my anxiety building. Then, I found something chilling: a board covered with pictures of Hannah and Beth, along with schematics for that sawblade contraption—the same one used to kill Josh. But a nagging feeling deep inside me said there was more to Josh's fate than what we thought. Something wasn't adding up.
I peeked through the small hole in the door and saw the psycho, sitting in his control room, monitoring everything. My heart sank—it was far worse than I had imagined. Rather than risk confronting him head-on, I silently backed away from the door, knowing I needed more information before making any move.
