Quirk: Dual Type

Fear Toxin: This Quirk allows the creation of a chemical substance that allows people to see and experience their greatest fear either inhaling a gas or being ejected with a liquid. When someone is under his toxin's influence they will see Y/n look monstrous.

Fear form: (also my Scarecrow built in Injustice 2)

He also has a natural immunity to his own Toxin and to any and all different toxic chemicals or gas, and poisons. Also, the gas is Explosive.

Body Enhancement (passive): Y/n's Strength, Speed, Sense, Flexibility, ect are increased to near superhuman.

Drawbacks:

Fear Toxin: The more toxic he produced the weaker he can get so he created different devices that help disperse this toxin when needed. But It is possible to pass this limit if overuse of his Quirk.

Equipment:

Fear Gauntlet: A Device Y/n made that helps him when he uses or overuses his quirk. It holds his toxin so he can spray it to his foes or inject them with retractable needles from the fingers.

Chain Sickles: 2 Sickles can be dull or bladed. Used in combat in both close range or mid range.

Utility Belt(imagine the one form Nolan's batman): Carries various gadgets and tools including: Smoke Bombs, Grapple gun, collapsible throwing stars that can explode, shock, ect. Explosive gel (if you know you know), a medical kit, antidotes for his toxin that he made and extra fear toxin veils for his gauntlet.

Mask: The mask does have a functional gas mask on it but it's used as a deceiving cosmetic to trick his foes into thinking he isn't immune to his toxin. The mask also has detective vision (if you know you know) a voice modulator to disguise his voice (voice is scarecrow form injustice 2)
