CHAPTER-15

It was 5:50 in the morning. Farwa was wearing black-colored lower and a T-shirt, with her hair tied in a ponytail as usual. She was standing in the ground, waiting for her dad.

A gentle cool breeze was blowing all around and the sun was slowly getting ready to rise. In the distance her boss's guards were on duty.

Waqar walked over from inside and called out to Farwa. Farwa turned around at his voice and smiled, saying, Good morning Dad. Waqar responded in a cold tone, Morning beta, let's get started.

The two of them jogged around the entire ground for about 45 minutes. Today, Farwa didn't feel tired at all and kept running continuously. After completing the run, they got a 5-minute rest. Farwa drank from a bottle to rehydrate and stood up asking, Boss what's next?

Waqar replied, Now you have to do pushups for the next 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of squats, and then planks.

Farwa nodded her head and started doing pushups. She kept going for 15 minutes straight and then moved on to squats. After another 15 minutes of squats, she finally did the planks.

Meanwhile Waqar also did all the exercises he had asked Farwa to do. After finishing, they both relaxed for a while.

Farwa taking a deep breath asked, Boss what's next?

Waqar said, The workout session is done but now you have to learn the most important thing: shooting a gun, which will help you win every battle.

Farwa replied, Sure Shahzaib already taught me Boss.

Waqar in a cold voice explained, You just need to practice those same tricks.

Farwa nodded and said, Okay, picking up the gun that was there. She asked, Tell me what should I do now?

Waqar said, Now you have to aim at the board that will appear.

Farwa irritated said, Dad I've been doing that for a month now. I want to aim at birds flying in the sky so I can learn faster and more accurately.

Waqar hearing his daughter's words smiled slightly but it was brief and Farwa didn't notice. Returning to his usual cold demeanor he said, Alright then.

Waqar called over a guard and gave him some instructions. The guard nodded and walked forward. Waqar looked at Farwa and said, He will release a bird now and you have to shoot it down with one shot.

Farwa nodded and said, Okay, Boss, I'm ready. She turned to look ahead while Waqar sat back on a sofa behind her with one leg crossed over the other.

The guard released the bird into the sky. Farwa focused her mind, aimed at the bird and fired the gun. The shot hit the target and the bird fell straight down.

Farwa turned to look at her dad, and this time he smiled. Seeing this Farwa felt happy and turned back around.

For some time Farwa kept shooting and hit a total of five birds accurately, one by one.

Waqar then instructed the guard to release three birds at once. The guard released three birds simultaneously into the sky.

For a moment Farwa felt nervous seeing the three birds, but she quickly calmed her nerves and shot them down one by one. She excitedly said, "Yes! I did it!"

Waqar stood up from the sofa and said, You did very well. That's enough for today. There will be another session tonight so be ready for it.

Farwa walked over and asked, "Dad can I know what's going to happen in the session?"

Waqar replied, "No you'll find out tonight."

Farwa said, "Alright I'll wait."
