As a newly recruited member of the X-Men, Maddy felt a mix of excitement and nervousness coursing through her veins. Professor Xavier had just given Maddy directions to meet her school and house tour guide, and she eagerly followed them, anticipation building with each step.

The path led her straight to a rough and gruff man, his presence commanding attention. His scowl seemed permanently etched onto his lips, giving him an intimidating air. He glanced at Maddy's way as she approached, removing a cigar from his mouth.

"What do you want?" he huffed, his voice commanding impatience.

"What do I want? Why, that's a delightful question! I'd say a bit of adventure and a sprinkle of curiosity. If you're guiding me, I hope you're prepared for a journey filled with whimsy and wonder!" Maddy gave him a cheeky grin.

The Mad Hatter aka Maddy is a whimsical person for her eccentricity and charm. She typically has wild, untamed hair, often styled chaotically, and a large, striking hat—usually adorned with a tag that reads "In this style, 10/6." Her outfit is a colourful patchwork of patterns and textures, featuring a mismatched jacket, ruffled shirts, and vibrant trousers. Accessories like oversized bow ties, mismatched gloves, and quirky shoes complete her look, emphasizing her playful and unpredictable nature. Overall, she embodies a sense of joyful madness and creativity, making her a captivating presence.

He rolled his eyes and huffed at her cheerful words, clearly irritated by Maddy's enthusiasm. His rough exterior seemed to be at odds with her whimsical charm, yet underneath his rugged appearance, there was a hint of intrigue. "Don't expect me to babysit you. I'm not here to hold your hand or provide you with 'adventure and whimsy.' I'm here to show you around the school and make sure you don't do anything stupid." He took another puff of his cigar, eyeing her with a mixture of annoyance and curiosity.

"Don't do anything stupid? But where's the fun in that? Besides, I find that even a grumpy demeanour has its charm. Shall we mix a little mischief with our seriousness and see what happens?" She claps her hands in excitement and playfully nudge him on the shoulder. He stiffened at your nudge, clearly not used to such touchy behaviour. However, Maddy's cheerfulness seemed to crack through his rough exterior, and he couldn't help but be intrigued by your spirit. "Mischief, huh? I guess I can tolerate a bit of chaos around here." He grunted trying to suppress a small smirk. "Follow me, newbie. But keep up, I won't be waiting around for you."

"Ah, a challenge! How splendid! I'll keep it up, then, and weave through the twists and turns of time. If I lose track, perhaps we'll find ourselves in the most delightful of places together!" She giggled at him. Maddy then followed him as he guided her around the mansion/school. He led her through the grand halls and corridors of the mansion, his rough demeanour in stark contrast to her cheerful demeanour. He pointed out rooms such as the kitchen, lounge, and training areas, occasionally grumbling under his breath about the tour's length and how he had better things to do. Despite his complaining, he couldn't help but be strangely amused by Maddy's quirky antics. Every time she made a quirky, out-of-place statement or observation, he found himself struggling to suppress a smile. It was as if her whimsical attitude was chipping away at the steel wall he had built around himself.

"Oh, so many students! How delightful! I do hope they're learning the art of whimsical adventures and fantastic feats. Do they know that the best lessons come with a side of tea and a touch of madness?" she scanned the area, observing the students as they passed by. She couldn't help but share an amused glance with Logan.

Logan grumbled under his breath and rolled his eyes at her observations. However, a hint of amusement flickered in his eyes as he watched her interact with the students. Maddy's words seemed to captivate them, even if they didn't fully understand your meaning. "Tea and madness? What kind of nonsense are you spouting?" He couldn't fully hide the smirk on his lips. "These students here have a lot more to learn than just your 'whimsical adventures.' They've got real challenges and responsibilities to face."
