I am not a plotter writer in any sense. I even bought a book and a subscription to Tome.com to help me. I write as I get the feeling and ideas. There are times when I will write something, and it will not make any sense unless I rewrite a past part. There is a constant change happening.
Like just now, I did have the walkthroughs with the realtor schedule for the next day, but I changed it to be a few days between scheduling and happening. Why, I really what to bring in a new character and I want to their introduction to be slightly messy.
I will also introduce Jordan's father, Daniel. He is a widower who lived in a nice townhouse in the city. I decided not to have her mother living for that might be too many new people in the mix. Just know that she was a devoted wife and mother, love fiercely, took no shit, and knew her way around a gun. I envision her a bit like a south bell who fell in love with Daniel and when meeting Vlad probably said, "Shoot honey, I met a few of your people on Bourdon St."
