- Valentino was mentally, verbally and physically abused by his dad Dallas as he would constantly degrade him and yell at him whenever he makes a mistake, even when it's a minor one.

- He tries to give his dad some love but he sadly fails and he just give up on doing that since he knows that he will never love him, no matter on how hard he tries.

- He was bullied throughout elementary school, middle school and high school due his looks and his homelife.

- He got a lot scars all over his body from his dad but he hides them with his clothes and bandages.

- Many kids would make fun of him for his clothing choices, his interests, his scars and his homelife in general.

- He never told his step mom and his step siblings about his bullying problems and the abuse he gets from Dallas since he doesn't want to make things worst than it already is.

- Some kids would often bodyshame him due to his skinny body back then, including writing cruel bodyshaming notes in his desk and locker.

- Some kids would even give him wediges, beating him up or pushing him down the stairs for no reason.

- He was raped by his teacher back in middle school, but luckily Lindsay found out and beat the teacher up before calling the staff on them.

- Valentino tried to pretend that the bullying didn't bother him, but it did deep down.

- He wanted to help his family out to get out of poverty and the abuse that they went through that he once engaged in compensated dating to earn enough money just to help them, but luckily he stopped doing it once Lindsay caught him. (Lindsay caught when he tried to sell his underwear and helped him get out of it.)

- He's good at treating injuries, including his because he would get beaten up by the bullies.

- He is very insecure about his scars and his body thanks to the bullies and Dallas and he would always wear long sleeves, jackets and sweaters to cover them.

- He did snapped at Dallas one point as he finally had enough of his abuse towards him, step siblings and Lindsay and he exposed everything that he did to them including the part that he found out that he and Lindsay were going to be sold by a child trafficker. (He found out about it by going to his room and found an unknown contact on his phone and two photos of him and Lindsay.)

- Though this made Dallas angry and he tried to murder him with a knife and chase after him until his step mom came back and witness the scene, she was horrified by this and she asked them on what was going until Val told her everything, and she was LIVID after she found out, they got into a huge fight and they got divorced and kicked him out of the house and she got full custody of the kids.

- This incident traumatized him a lot and he constantly has nightmares about it ever since.

- He decided to tell his step mom about the bullies and she was furious about this and called the principal to let him about it and the bullies got expelled and got grounded by their parents and they apologize to him about their behaviors.

- He never told anyone, except for Lindsay about him compensated dating in secret in the past because he was afraid that they would judge him for it.
