"Thank you for coming, Miss Crimson," Professor Weasley says as I take a seat in her office. Professor Weasley requested my attendance in her office after classes. I am wondering what the reason behind her invitation is.

"Of course, Professor Weasley," I reply, settling into the chair across from her desk, my mind racing with curiosity and a hint of apprehension.

She leans forward, clasping her hands together. "I've been considering starting a new club here at Hogwarts, focusing on combat spell casting. With your extensive experience and exceptional skill, I believe you would be the perfect candidate to lead it."

I pause, my heart fluttering with uncertainty. "I... I'm not sure, Professor. I've never really taken pride in my confrontations with dark wizards and goblins. It's not something I've ever wanted to glorify or teach others."

Professor Weasley nods understandingly, her expression gentle yet determined. "I understand your hesitation, Miss Crimson. But teaching combat spell casting isn't just about glorifying battles. It's about equipping our students with the skills they may need to defend themselves in the future. Your experience, both in battle and in overcoming your doubts, makes you uniquely qualified to lead such a club."

Her words sink in, and I find myself considering the opportunity from a different perspective. Perhaps there is merit in sharing my knowledge, despite my reservations.

"That sounds like a fantastic opportunity, Professor. If you believe it could truly benefit our students, then I'm willing to give it a try," I say, a sense of determination blossoming within me.

"However, there are a few conditions I must insist on," I tell her, my tone steady as I express my concerns.

"Of course, Miss Crimson. What conditions do you have in mind?" Professor Weasley asks, curious to hear my terms.

"I would like to emphasise the importance of ethical spell casting and the use of defensive techniques. Additionally, I would need assurance that the club will prioritise the safety and well-being of all participants above all else," I explain, my voice firm yet measured.

Professor Weasley nods in agreement. "Those are reasonable conditions, Miss Crimson. I assure you that the club will adhere to your guidelines and prioritise the safety and ethical conduct of all involved."

I take a deep breath, mustering the courage to voice my final request. "There is one more condition, Professor. I would like to make Lucan Brattleby a co-leader of the club."

Professor Weasley's eyebrows furrow in surprise. "Lucan Brattleby?"

I nod confidently. "Absolutely, Professor. Lucan has shown incredible dedication and skill in Crossed Wands. He's not only talented but also responsible and level-headed. I believe he would make an excellent addition and bring valuable insights to the club."

Professor Weasley considers my words for a moment before nodding thoughtfully. "Very well, Miss Crimson. If you believe Mister Brattleby is the right choice, then I trust your judgment. I'll extend the offer to him as well."

"Thank you, Professor," I say, a sense of relief washing over me. "I'm honoured to accept the opportunity to lead the club. I'll do my best to ensure it's a safe and enriching experience for all students involved."

"That sounds like a fantastic opportunity, Professor. If you believe it could truly benefit our students, then I'm willing to give it a try," I say, a sense of determination blossoming within me.

After leaving Professor Weasley's office, I make my way to the Room of Requirements where Sebastian is busy studying and working on his extra assignments. As I enter the room, I can see him hunched over the table, his brow furrowed in concentration.
