Screams and Tears

Maddy Jo's POV

After recovering from the heart attack my 5 roommates just gave me my mom spoke up. ''Well I'll give you girls a couple hours to get to know each other and I can come back later and maybe help you unpack?''

''Sure mom thanks for all your help!'' ''Bye!''

'' Okay well I guess that was our cue to get to know each other!'' A girl with olive skin and black hair said. '' Yeah!'' '' Okay for starters I know this isn't about us but your mom is so nice! What is her name?'' I laughed. '' Karin'' '' that's so pretty!'' A girl with palish looking skin and also black hair said. '' Tell her that!''

"okay so let's introduce ourselves!"

"Alright well I'm Angel Iviria short for Angelina" The girl with olive skin and black hair said I couldn't help but notice that she had an accent. "What kind of accent is that?" I asked her. "Italian" She answered. "Really! That's so cool!" "Thanks!" " Well I'm Jodie Slippet" The girl with black hair and pale skin said. " I'm Sam Rogenda " said a girl with blonde hair and a regular complexion. " I'm Alexis Damsey but most people call me Lexi or pickle." "pickle?" I asked kind of confused. She laughed and said, "long story." She seemed a little bit more tomboyish than the other girls and had a regular complexion and white blonde hair but was a bit skinnier than Sam. "And last but not least-" Angel started. " Where is Carly?" There was a chorus of I Don't knows. "well I guess you will meet her later." Jodie explained. "Okay we'll I am Maddy Jo Hartridge and you guys can call me whatever you want!" "ok cool!" Is what I got from most of the girls.

After that, we just basically hit the basics. For example, Angel has two brothers Vince (short for Vincent) who is older and Nick who is also older. Jodie has a sister named Megan who is older and an older brother named Tyler. Sam has one older sister named Sabreena, and Lexi has a younger sister named Addie (short for Addison). After that I said, " I have one older sister named Sarah (but we mainly call her Josie) and she lives in the area with her husband Matt and two children, Anthony who is 6 and Chloe who is 11. After that we came upon the subject of parents and as if almost on cue Angel started crying. We all jumped up and comforted her while asking ," What Happened?" "M - m- my mo- om died w-when I was lit-t-tle." Then there was a chorus of I'm sorrys and it's gonna be okays.

Someone behind us said , " What Happened?" which made us all scream . We all looked to be met with a dirty blonde haired girl with blue eyes. "Hi I'm Carly Stewart." After that we had to go over the basics again carefully not to stumble over parents again (for Angel's sake). But we did fid out that Carly had one older brother named Dylan.

Karin's POV

I was going to the mall so I could get some suite decorations for Maddy Jo and her friends. I arrived at Target and was completely not looking where I was going and bonked into a lady and her son. Immediatley I appologised and she introduced her self as Sarah which I returned the favor to by saying I was Karin. I couldn't help but notice she has tear stains on her shirt. I asked her what was wrong and she said that her daughter had just been dropped off at college. I asked her, " that wouldn't happen to be Ashland University would it?" She responded saying, "yes in brenner suite." For a moment I was just in pure shock ," my daughter lives there too." She looked about as shocked as I did. Then, in unison we both said ," that's so cool!"

After some bonding time with Sarah and picking out some nice gifts for Maddy Jo's suite I decided I should be getting back to help her unpack.

15 minutes later

I knocked on the suite door and came with probably the most shocking sight I thought I would ever see after leaving my daughter for 4 hours with 5 other girls.

I hope It's not going to fast. Karin met Sarah. But more things to come! And no I did not purposely choose jodie's sister's name to be the same as mine! I tried to make this chappie a lot longer than the first one so yeah. Well til next chappie,
