Dinner and Lake Houses

Maddy Jo's POV

We were all handed menus and decided what to order. Finally, a waitress came and took one look at Connor and excused herself. Later, she came back with no buttons buttoned. Now I am not trying to be rude but come on could you be any more obvious? She was to busy twirling her hair and saying babe and flirting with Connor.

Other than the service the food was great! When we were done, about have of us said," I'm stuffed" at the same time. At that we all started laughing. Then, the waitress came back with our receipt. We payed and all we had left was the tip. I think I'm going to give this waitress a "reality tip". I wrote down the tip and Noah picked it up and starting laughing. "what?" is what I got from most of the people. They all looked over and started laughing too. I thought they would find my "you have buttons on your short for a reason" tip. We left just in time to see the waitress gasp and send an evil glare towards the door.

"I think that it's safe to say we won't be eating there anytime soon." Mason stated. "I mean she wasn't even good looking!" Connor said with a laugh. "Alright well we better get going then see you guys" Angel said with a hint of sadness. "yeah we probably have to go we've got loads of homework see you guys later" Jodie said.

1 WEEK LATER

Angel's POV (finally right?)

Today was Jodie's birthday and we planned this HUGE surprise party and day at a lakehouse for her. It's Friday and she has a bunch of classes til 5:30 so we had plenty of time to prepare. This morning, we left her a note to say happy birthday and we probably wouldn't be back til 7:00. We were planning to go to this nice lakehouse we rented in Wisconsin with a beautiful lake in the back and of course shopping centers! We already packed all of her things and we will get to stay there for a whole 8 days because next week is Spring Break! Everything was set up and ready to just grab our stuff and go.

All of a sudden, we heard Jodie's key jiggle in the door. "Hide!" I whisper yelled. We all hid and waited we all counted to five then jumped out and screamed "Happy Birthday!" And by everyone I mean Me,Maddy Jo, Carly,Sam,Lexi,Grant,Connor,Parker,Mason,Lindsey,Noah,and Bree.She squealed and said,"Presents Pronto." I handed her the envelope that had all of the tickets inside. She opened it and screamed,"This is going to be so much fun!" We grabbed our stuff and headed out the door. It took about 10 hours to get there and by the time we all did we looked like zombies. "Okay, there are 7 different rooms but 5 of them have 2 beds. Everyone go get to a room!" I am the one who did all the researching on this place so I knew where the best room was. So of course that is where I went. I felt bad we didn't do anything on Jodie's actual birthday but right now I couldn't care less I am SO tired. Tomorrow will be fun I scheduled for us to go canoeing.

THE NEXT DAY

Jodie's POV

I woke up the next day with the biggest smile on my face. Angel said we were going canoeing, I love canoeing. I ran around the lake house with a pot and pan banging it and screaming, "Wakey Wakey! " After about 5 minutes of screaming and 11 glasses of water on people's faces later, we were all ready to go. Everyone looked exhausted but still had a smile on their face. We went around back to the lake, and decided to walk further down to see how deep the water was.

Mason's POV

Great! The lake was just deep enough! After I came back I saw people with worried faces. "You didn't see Jodie did you?" Angel asked me. "No Why?" "Nothing I'm just worried you know?"I sighed and said,"Give her 10 minutes if she doesn't came back by then Bree and Me will go look for her." Bree gave me a look that said why me? "Bree it's fine!" We waited 10 minutes and nothing. We both eagerly stepped into the water and split up because none of us knew which way she went.

Bree's POV

I was looking around and saw something that caught my eye. I walked more towards it and screamed. I couldn't believe what I saw.
