ARSENAL (ONGOING)

PT. 15. QUESTIONS.

A black car stopped outside of a Villa. It was U9 and Venus stepping out of it, ready to investigate.
They looked at the building and the address Blacksoul gave them.
"That's it.. This is the place." U9 said.
"Let's get going, then.." Venus said, beginning to walk towards the front door.
U9 also started walking with him, trying to figure out what could be in there that was worth investigating. They approached the front door of the Villa, and U9 placed his hand on the door handle and slowly twisted it.
The door was surprisingly unlocked, so U9 and Venus slowly walked inside. It was dark, so they turned flashlights on to be able to see better.
U9 and Venus continued into the building, shining their flashlights around, trying to find anything that might be worth checking out. They got to the living room first.
"Hey.. there's some files they left behind here... some cancelled assassination plans..? and some old drugs.." U9 checked the drawers, one by one.

Venus checked one of the papers, Seeing Jinto's old plans.
"Hey, i think one of these might be the guy he was afraid of. These are assassination plans.."
U9 walked over to the table and picked up one of the papers.
"Huh.." he said as he started reading through it.
"Wait... I'm pretty sure I've heard of this guy before." U9 continued, still reading the paper.
"Yuriko Katsuri.. Yeah, i've heard of him before. A former gang leader. His gang got murdered by some police officers a few months ago." He informed.

Venus looked at him.
"..so you're saying he's the one Jinto was afraid of?"
"Most likely." He responded.
Just as U9 was about to pull the paper off the table- it triggered some explosives, causing the villa to explode and go on fire.
U9 and Venus both fell down on the floor due to the explosions, and the room was in flames.
"Agh- Dammit.." U9 grunted as he got up from the floor, with a small injury on his leg.
Venus also got up, but he was completely fine.
"I took a picture of the file through my eye... should be good, unless they manage to hack into my system somehow." U9 said.
"We should get out though, quick." Venus said, starting to walk in the direction towards the exit of the villa.

-Karlos' office

Karlos was sitting at his desk.
He picked up the phone, and dialed Jacob.
The phone rang a few times before Jacob picked up.
"Hello?" He answered with his usual, neutral tone.
Karlos exhaled a cloud of smoke, before speaking.
"We got a mission. This one's going to be a big one so get Carmila and Jaden too."
"..What exactly is it?" Jacob asked, looking like he'd rather be doing anything else, but he would do it for the money Karlos would pay them.

A few minutes later...

Jaden, Carmila, and Jacob are in the same room as Karlos, as he explained the plan.
"One of our best gunmen, Kitomi, was captured by Jinto's gang, and they are keeping him in their base and torturing him for information about us. Today, Jinto will be holding a party in one of his mansions. Mafia bosses from all across the country will be coming. I need you to take his Daughter hostage so he releases Kitomi."
Jaden looked slightly interested, Carmila looked curious but serious, and Jacob just had a bored expression.

"So we're.. kidnapping his daughter?" Jaden asked.
"Wait- daughter? he's like 23-something around that.. so if he had a kid at 19, that means we're kidnapping a 4 year old--..? hell no!" Carmila shook her head.
"That's the thing, she's adopted. She's actually 14." Karlos said, taking another drag of his cigar.

"Oh... A fourteen year old.. sounds easy enough." Jaden said, crossing his arms, while Jacob and Carmila were just writing down the job so they'd remember.
"Her name?" Jacob asked.
"Maya Katsuki." Karlos responded. "She'll be at the party so that's where you'll be taking her. Remember, don't hurt her in any way. Just keep her hostage until he gives back Kitomi."
"Jinto's last name is Katsuki?" Jacob looked up a bit.
"Yeah.." Karlos responded, before taking another puff.
"You remember what happened the last time we met Junto, right?" Carmila huffed in slight annoyance. no way they have to deal with that guy again... After all, he's just gonna throw another bus at them or whatever, she thought.

"Maya's room is in the top floor, the party will be downstairs. You break in from the rooftop, and quietly take her. His ability seems to do something only if you attack HIM.. his daughter doesn't apply, I suppose." Karlos guessed.
"Alright." The three nodded, and got up.
"We'll get going, then." Carmila said, before they walked off.
"What's crazy is that last time we met Jinto it was AFTER a party.. after we killed that guy.. this is also a party." Jaden brought up.
"You're onto nothing, just shut up..." Carmila looked back.
