Raven's POV

I leaned against the wall of my room with a book in hand, and with Starfire,  sitting beside me, scrolling through her phone looking bored

Just then, my phone buzzed on the nightstand. It was a text from cyborg.

Cyborg: Hey Raven, could you come down to my room? I need you to check something.

"Cyborg wants me to come down," I said, glancing at Starfire.

"Ooh! I want to come too!" she said, bouncing with excitement.

"Let's see what he needs first," I replied, rising to my feet. Together, we made our way down the hall.
Beast Boy's POV

I was sprawled out on the couch with a bag of chips in one hand and my phone in the other, watching a hilarious video titled "Are Hippos OP?" . It was just me in the common room. Rae and Starfire were in Raes room. Robin was training I think. Bro is never off duty.

"Man, I love the internet!" I chuckled, lost in my own little world. Just as I prepared to dive back into my hippo adventure, my phone buzzed.

Cyborg: Get your ass down here!

I raised an eyebrow, a grin forming. "Guess I'm needed!" I hopped off the couch, shaped into a cheetah and rab to his room, eager to see what Cy was up to. "Time to check out the genius's latest creation!" I muttered, heading toward the basement.

Approaching Cyborg's room, I could hear the vibrant sounds of gaming and laughter spilling out. The door swung open, revealing an epic gaming setup. Neon lights everywhere. It was a dream come true.

"Welcome to the ultimate gaming sanctuary!" he declared, arms wide.

"Dude, this is awesome!" I exclaimed, stepping inside. Robin was already there, scowling at the screen as he struggled with the controls.

"What's wrong, Robin? Can't handle the heat?" I teased, elbowing him lightly.

"Shut up, Beast Boy. I'll beat you in this next round!" Robin shot back, determination written all over his face.

Moments later, Raven and Starfire entered, Raes expression was a mix of curiosity and amusement. "What's going on?" she asked, her voice steady.

"Just a little friendly competition," Cyborg replied. "Want to join?"

Starfire clapped her hands. "Yes! I wish to do the battling of the people online as well!" she said, already grabbing a controller.

"Thats cool Cyborg. " Raven added, surprising me. I couldn't help but smile, seeing her join in brought a flutter to my chest.

As the gaming began, I cheered for my friends, laughing at Robin's frustrated expressions. He still couldn't beat ANYONES high score.

"Come on, Rob! You gotta stop blocking so much!" I called out, unable to contain my laughter.

"I'm just trying to survive!" he groaned as his character was knocked out again.

Raven leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, a smirk on her face. "I think you're just not cut out for this, Robin," she teased lightly.

"Raven! You're not helping!" he retorted, but even he couldn't hide the hint of a smile.

Watching Raven, I felt something flutter in my chest. Our eyes met for a brief moment, and the world faded away. We shared a small smile. small, but it meant everything to me.

"Hey, guys! Let's get some snacks!" I suggested, breaking the moment. "I'll grab the chips, and you can finish your epic battle."

Starfire's eyes lit up. "I will assist you, Beast Boy!" she exclaimed, bouncing on her toes.

"Thanks, Star," I said, feeling lighter as we headed out of the room. I glanced back at Raven, who was now deeply focused on the game. Today had turned out to be surprisingly fun, and as long as Cyborg was happy, I was happy too.
