{Don't lose your friends, Manage them.}

(First Person POV. Katsuki)

Damnit.

Damnit.

"Damnit!"

That was my second villain meeting, and I fucked it up again.

I took down many villains with that red messed up haired kid, but nothing with that blue haired guy. He was... strange. Messed up in the head. And sure, you might wanna say I am too, but he felt just messed up, and thats MESSED UP!

"Ugh!" I say, groaning into my pillow in my room.

"Katsuki! Get down here, we need to talk!" And now the hag wants to talk.

Damnit!

(First Person POV. Y/N)

"Mmh.. no mom, I told you already.! I'm fine. All I got was a few scratches and bruises, but thats the cost of being a hero!" I complain, rubbing a hand over my face.

"Y/N. I get that, but don't try to fight more than you need to! All Might was there, he handled it all. Right?"

I pause for a moment, looking to the side and hesitantly lying, "Yep. All the villains, and the Nomu." The so called 'Nomu' All Might fought was apparently a generated villain. I had no clue how you could add Quirks to something- or.. someone? But it was a thing.

"Stop pestering her, Amuri." I heard my father come to my rescue, "She's already getting a strict curfew." Or.. maybe not.

"WHAT? It wasn't my fault villains attacked! I didn't ASK them to!" I complain. "Why am I being punished?!"

"This isn't a punishment, Y/N. It's.. it's for you. You're safer at home, okay?" I clench my jaw at my mom's words, biting my tongue down to refrain from yelling and escalating the situation.

"Fine. Be like that!" I stand up abruptly, stomping away to my room.

"Y/N!" My father called, but I already had my door shut.

This is so unfair. I don't even care about the curfew, It's the fact they have this 'talk' with me but support my decision to become a hero. That was all hero work I did, whats the difference?!

In the morning, I was too tired to get up. My alarm beeped, and beeped, and kept beeping to I eventually woke up, grumbling as I punched it off. Sitting up, I rub my eyes and sigh. "Ugh..." I glance to the picture on my wall. It was a picture me and Neito took at the mall, printing it out. I smile, placing a finger on my face in the picture. "Neito, I hope Yuuei is going better for you than it is me."

I stretch, standing up and yawning while walking over to my closet. Changing into my Uniform, I look where a pocket is. It was a bit bumpy, as if something was inside, so I stick my hand in it and pull out a slip of paper. Huh? When did this get in there? Did I accidentally forget about it during one of my classes?

Opening the folded paper, I see words on it that most certainly weren't mine. What is this? "Be Patient." I read out loud, my brows knitting together. "What the hell does that mean?" I mumble, placing the paper on my desk. Why did those words sound so familiar, too? As if someone's told me that before?

I ignore it for now, slipping on the rest of my clothes and finishing getting ready.

Sliding my shoes on, I wave to my parents and walk outside, deciding to walk again. I pull out my phone, thinking for a long moment.

"You better pick up..."

I mumble, clicking on the button as the phone starts ringing.

Once..

Twice..

"Hello?"

"Neito!" I excitedly say, putting my phone up to my ear.

"Y/N! How are you?!" He responded, windy sounds coming from his side of the phone.

"Good! Are you in the car right now?" I asked, and he said yes, "Who's driving?"

"My mom."
"Tell her I said hi!"
"Mom, Y/N said Hi! — Hi Y/N!" I heard his mom respond.
"Hi Mrs. Monoma!"

I laugh a bit, which Neito mirrors. Once we finish, I ask, "So, How's Class 1-B?"

Neito made a 'mmh' sound, a small pause inbetween his words and the sound, "Good. I heard about the incident from yesterday, how's 1-A?"

"It's fine, I guess." I shrug, though he can't see that, "There's this one boy.. he's super sweet and shy-"

"Oh?"

"Not like that!" I correct him before continuing, "His name's Midoriya. There's this one girl also, brown hair who's super cute and bubbly. Her name's Uraraka, and there's this one strict,
Up-Tight boy- Iida. I made friends with all of them."

Neito didn't say much, but when I stopped he asked, "Any enemies?"

"Uhhh.. No, not exactly." I think, imagining to scan through the list of people in my class, "Well... There's this one annoying guy."

"Annoying, huh?"

"Yeah. He's a spiky blonde with red eyes-"

"I saw him in the exams!"

"Don't interrupt..!" I complain, shutting Neito up, "He's so loud, and rude to everyone! I'd say he's everyone's enemy, but to Kirishima, he's just seen as strong." I sigh.

"Soo..." Neito says, as if questioning if he can talk now. Due to my silence, he assumes so, "Your class seems like attention seekers. Hmph, 1-B is so much better."

I let out a laugh into the phone, "Well, do you have any new friends?" I decide to ask.

"Hm. There's this one orange haired girl-"

"Red-head?" I correct.

"No, carrot orange." He said, which I internally facepalm to, "She's .. nice, I guess. And has a good attitude."

"That so, hmm?" I tease, intimidating what he did to me earlier.

"Oh, shut up. C'mon Y/N, you know I mean it respectfully."

I snicker, rolling my eyes, "Yeah yeah, okay. Okay. I get it, but hey, glad you're making friends."

I heard a sigh come out from the phone, and Neito spoke up, "Gotta go. Talk to you later?" He asked, and I quickly respond, "Of course." With a beep when I did.

I'm glad I talked to him again. I've missed him.
