A few months have passed, Spencer is back to football and Liv is starting to prepare for the girls birthday coming up and getting back into writing.In the last few months Maya has taken Jace to court and he lost all his custody rights.

*Maya: Liv I've been thinking about taking Jace's name off the kids birth certificates.

*Liv: I mean you could, he has nothing to do with them anymore.

*Maya: He doesn't deserve his name on them if he couldn't live up to actually being a father. It's been so nice not having to put up with him. But you know it's been months since I've been with a guy and I've been missing the touch of a man.

*Liv: So you want to start dating again?

*Maya: Possibly, but I ain't bringing no man near my kids till I know it could go somewhere. My babies are my number one priority and I will do everything to protect them.

*Liv: As you should, but I think it might be good for you to get out there again. Not that you have to jump into dating someone but just to get out the house and enjoy yourself.

*Maya: It's just trying to find someone who wants a woman with kids. Plus I'm pregnant, not many men want that.

*Liv: Maya trust if it's the right man he wants you for you. That includes the kids and everything.

*Maya: Ok enough about me, how's planning the girls birthday coming up going?

*Liv: Girl, planning a party while also trying to get back into writing again has been a bit stressful. But I'm thankful we found Miss Pam, she helps out so much with Zay and the girls.

*Maya: I'm so happy that y'all were able to find a new nanny.

*Liv: Its been a blessing, it gives me time to work and with Spencer back at football. We needed one, luckily it all worked out for us.

*Maya: I know, I can't wait to start looking for a house. I've found a few online, I just need to get out and find one I like so I can get out of y'all's house.

*Liv: Maya it's been no bother. We got this big ass house, we have plenty of space.

*Maya: I know, but I've been here for months.

*Liv: There is no rush for you to get out. Your family Maya and you're always welcome here.

*Maya: You know I always wonder what I did before I met you. Cause girl you have been a God sent.

*Liv: Stop cause I don't know what I would do without you. I mean I had my friends back home but my friendship I share with you is unmatched.

Meanwhile Spencer is back at football

*Spencer: Tyreek, Coach Montes is running you as QB?

*Tyreek: He said something about Kyler might have to have surgery again.

*Spencer: Damn, but I'm glad he put you in. You've been on your game in our practices but it's time for you to get to show off that talent in a real game.
