We Jump a month ahead. It's now time for the first preseason game. The New York Bobcats vs. The Texas cowboys. Spencer has been back at practice dominating on the field. He is the starting wide receiver for the team. Liv on the other hand hasn't been feeling the best the last few days, Spencer called in mama Grace and Laura to come be with her.
At the James' house
*Liv: Bae, our moms are gonna be arriving any minute now.
*Spencer: Baby why are you up? You need to be lying down.
*Liv: I'm fine, actually hold that thought. (She runs to the bathroom)
Spencer runs behind her to hold her hair
*Spencer: Baby we really need to take you to the doctor, you've been throwing up for days.
*Liv: I'm not going anywhere. I want my mom here.
*Spencer: Baby she's on her way. Their plane just landed they should be here in a few. In the meantime let's get you to bed.
Spencer helps Liv up off the floor and walks her over to the bed
*Liv: Spencer you're gonna be late for your practice. You can't miss it tomorrow is the first preseason game.
*Spencer : I'm not leaving you here by yourself. I'll wait till our moms arrive.
*Liv: Baby that could be awhile.
*Spencer: How about I call Maya and see if she can make her way over to stay till they arrive.
*Liv: Ok fine.
Spencer grabs his phone and calls Maya
*Maya: Hello?
*Spencer:Hey Maya, I have to run to practice. But Liv isn't feeling the best, would you mind coming to sit with her. Our moms are own their way,but I just don't wanna leave her alone.
*Maya: Are you kidding, of course. I'll be right over.
*Spencer: Maya I appreciate it.
Spencer hangs up the phone
*Spencer: Maya is own her way over. (He says rubbing her head)
A few minutes later Maya arrives at the door and Spencer lets her in
*Spencer: Thank you again Maya.
*Maya: Of course, I'll take good care of her.
*Spencer: Please text me if she needs anything.
Spencer walks over and places a kiss on Liv's forehead
*Spencer: I'll be home soon, I love you.
*Liv: I love you too baby.
Spencer leaves and Maya sits on the bed beside Liv
*Liv: Maya, thank you for coming.
*Maya: Now Liv, listen I'm not dumb. Are you gonna buy the test or should I?
