Yes this was made by yours truly thank you @Eli_Jah_Watt for this idea! Go check 'em out at your earliest convenience. This is a poem inspired by the tempo and rhyme scheme of Edgar Allen Poe. Let's get started now, shall we?

Beyond Midnight by (REDACTED)

I sit here in a daze, no longer in the sun's fiery blaze,

Midnight has come and gone, gone away, along with my sanity,

The table I sit upon is empty of faces that I love,

These past two weeks have left my mind in such a calamity,

I have grown tired of others poorly conceited vanity,

Such a grim reality

Beyond midnight lays upon my bosom an assuring calmness,

No longer the exclamation of such horrific profanity,

A beauty and fear of quietness lays upon my weary soul,

The pages, pages of projects are foolish inanities,

Someone take me, take me, take upon thy hands to my fantasy!

Such a grim reality

The End.

A/N: So how aboot that huh? Made that last year for my AP lit and it was past midnight and I said 'screw it' and let that late night inspiration kick in! I consider this by best work since it holds so much depth for me especially, I don't know aboot you guys but I think this is pretty sweet!

Anywho I hope you all are doing well wherever you are and I'll catch you guys on the flip side!

Sending Warm Hugs,
