Chapter 20: Separations and Silly Whines

As the first rays of sunlight filtered through the curtains, the room was bathed in a soft, warm glow. Taehyung stirred awake, feeling the warmth of Jungkook's body beside her. She blinked sleepily, taking a moment to enjoy the peacefulness of the morning, completely tangled in the sheets with him. Jungkook's arms were wrapped around her, holding her close as if he was afraid she might float away.

She turned her head slightly to see him still in a deep slumber, his dark hair tousled and his face relaxed. A soft smile spread across her lips, and she couldn't help but lean in to press a gentle kiss against his cheek.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," she whispered, her voice barely above a murmur.

Jungkook stirred, a small smile appearing on his face as he slowly opened his eyes. "Good morning," he replied, his voice gravelly from sleep. He tightened his grip around her, pulling her even closer. "I could get used to waking up like this every day."

Taehyung giggled softly, her heart fluttering at his words. "Me too. It's the best way to start the day."

They shared a few sweet moments, basking in the warmth of each other's presence, exchanging light kisses and playful banter. Eventually, they both knew it was time to get up.

"Breakfast duty?" Jungkook suggested, already swinging his legs out of bed.

"Yep! Let's make something special today," Taehyung replied, following suit and stretching her arms above her head.

The couple headed to the kitchen, where they rummaged through the ingredients to whip up a delicious breakfast. They decided on fluffy pancakes topped with fresh fruits and a side of scrambled eggs.

As they cooked together, the kitchen filled with laughter. Taehyung playfully flicked flour at Jungkook, and he retaliated by tossing a berry her way. The banter continued as they moved around the kitchen, working as a team, each stealing sweet glances at one another.

Once breakfast was ready, they gathered with the rest of the housemates, who were already seated at the dining table. Everyone dug in, savoring the meal while chatting animatedly.

Just as the plates were cleared, the familiar voice of Bigg Boss echoed through the house, cutting through the pleasant chatter.

"Contestants, please gather in the living room for an important announcement."

Curiosity piqued, everyone hurried to the living room, where they found Bigg Boss waiting for them on the screen.

"Good morning, contestants! I have a special announcement. For the next two days, all the girls and boys will be living separately and working as teams for a series of tasks. Each team will be challenged, and whichever team wins will get to make the other team their slaves for the day!"

A collective gasp echoed through the room, followed by an uproar of playful protests and whiny complaints.

"No! I don't want to be separated from Taehyung!" Jungkook whined, dramatically throwing his arms in the air.

"Can't we just stay together?" Taehyung added, pouting at Jungkook, who was clearly playing along.

"Look on the bright side, at least we can have some fun!" Jimin chimed in, glancing at Yoongi with a teasing grin.

"Fun? More like torture," Yoongi retorted, crossing his arms. "How will I survive two days without you?"

Jimin giggled, leaning closer to Yoongi. "You'll survive, just like I'll survive without you... even if it's going to be hard."

Namjoon chimed in, "At least we'll get to work together, right, Seokjin?"

Seokjin nodded, trying to maintain a serious expression but failing miserably. "Yeah, but I'm going to miss you!" she exclaimed, throwing her arms around Namjoon. "What if I can't do anything without you?"
