Gon
"Hey, Mrs/Ms. L/N, where's Y/N?" Gon asked, knocking on your front door. "I thought she was with you," Your mother said, not soundly the least bit frightened, "She's probably in the forest looking for a mystery or something. Go check there, Hun." You mother stated closing the door, "And tell her dinner will be ready soon."
"Yes, Ma'am." Gon nodded, turning towards the forest. Gon raced towards the forest, calling your name, "Y/N! Y/N!" Only echoes came back, "It's Gon! I just want to talk to you!" Gon continued looking in the woods for what seemed like hours.

"Y/N...I just want to see you," Gon groaned, leaning against a tree. "Gon Freecss..." A voice mumbled, "Y/N's boyfriend, right?" "Huh, who's there? Show yourself!" Gon shouted, grabbing his fishing pole. A shadow hopped from off a tree branch, "Woah, no need to grab the fishing pole." The stranger smirked, poking the tip of Gon's pole.
"Huh, out of all the weapons, a fishing pole?" They laughed, walking circles around Gon. "Who are you?" Gon asked, turning to face the stranger. "Just a messenger, Hisoka wanted to meet with you." The stranger said, shrugging their shoulders. "Can you tell him I'm busy?" Gon questioned.
"Searching for Y/N?" They asked, "Am I correct?" Gon took a while to respond, but eventually nodded slowly. "Yeah, see Hisoka and you'll find her." The stranger shrugged, bowing their upper half. Gon heard some leaves crunch farther down the forest and looked to his left. When he looked back for the stranger, they weren't there.
"By the way, your girlfriend talks a lot." The stranger's voice echoed, never giving their true whereabouts.

"Gon, where are you going at this hour?" Mito asked, putting her hands on her hips. "I have to save Y/N." Gon said with a determined look on his face. "Hisoka has her." Mito did a small hum, "I trust you to make it home safely with Y/N." She then walked up the stairs to her room, "Good luck!"
Gon took a deep breath and got on the next ship off Whale Island.
