Ivy breathed in the salty air as she came above the surface of the ocean water. She could hear Conrad's laugh as she fell off the surface board once again.
"You really suck at this." He giggled out.
"You're so mean! I'm getting better!" She shrieked as he picked her up.
"Mmhmm." He smiled at her.
"Ugh." She leaned her head back. "We should go back now, the baby's craving a popsicle."
She untangled herself from his and started to swim to the shore.
"It's ten in the morning!" He called after her.
"The baby gets what the baby wants!" She called back.
"Yeah more like you get whatever you want."
He then was splashed in the face with water.

Ivy and Conrad were holding hands as they walked back towards the house. Ivy was rambling about the different flavours of popsicle she wanted as they found Susannah sat outside.
"Morning!" Conrad yelled over the fence.
"Morning hon! Do you have a second?"
"Yeah, uh I gotta meet Cleveland soon so."
"It'll just take a second." She winked at him.
"Hey do you wanna go grab that popsicle and I'll be right in?" He turned to Ivy.
"Okay." She kissed him on the cheek. She skipped away happily dreaming about the taste of the popsicle.
As she walked away Susannah turned to Conrad.
"I have something for you. It's from my mother, and it's being passed to you."
She pulled something out of her pocket to reveal a ring box. She opened it up and showed Conrad the contents.
It was a beautiful golden ring with a diamond in the centre. The band was shaped as twisted roses, leading up to the centrepiece.
"Woah." Conrad breathed out.
"I know, it's gorgeous. I want you to give this to Ivy. Whenever you're ready, but the sooner is better." She giggled.
"Yeah. Yeah. Thank you mom. It's beautiful. She's gonna love it."
He wraps his mother in a hug.
"I know she will." Susannah whispers in his ear.

Conrad walked into the kitchen to find Ivy ransacking the freezer like a raccoon in a track bin.
"Where are my popsicles?" She turned around with tears streaming her face.
"Woah what's wrong?"
"My popsicles aren't there. I really want my popsicle." She pouted.
"It's alright, maybe they just got moved." He stepped towards the freezer and peeked in.
After a few minutes of digging he couldn't find anything.
"I don't think they're in there baby." He turned to look at her.
She just looked at him and started bawling.
"Hey! Hey, it's okay."
"No it's not! I want my popsicle." She cried.
"Alright." He opens his arms for her to walk into.
She leans her head against his chest in defeat. She continues sniffling as Steven walks into the kitchen.
"Yo! What's wrong?"
"She doesn't have anymore popsicles in the freezer." Conrad explains for her, her being unable to talk.
"Oh shit! You mean the fruit flavoured ones in the purple box?" Ivy's head pops up at the description. "Yeah, I ate the last one last night."
"What?" Ivy asked in a freakishly calm voice.
"Yeah, sorry. I didn't know."
"Are you kidding me?" She asked, her voice raising.
Conrad tries to place a hand on her shoulder to calm her down, but she just shrugs it off.
Steven looks helplessly to Conrad, getting a 'Run' mouthed in response.
Steven slowly starts to back up before running out of the kitchen.
Ivy chases after him as he runs up the stairs. He runs directly to the bathroom and locks it behind him.
"Steven!" Ivy bangs on the door.
"Woah. What's going on?" Ivy hears a voice behind her.
She turns to see Isabel and Jeremiah looking at her like she's crazy.
"He ate my last popsicle." She huffed.
"Ooh, enough said." Jere responded with his eyebrows raised.
Ivy just rolls her eyes and heads towards the stairs again.
She just wanted a popsicle.
