Sure.
Firstly, make sure it's dead.
Secondly, throw the body in a furnace, garage truck, rubbish chute, etc. Thirdly, Change what you're wearing. Don't want the neighbours to be suspicious! Next, hide the weapon with the body. No evidence means no Jail-time. Lastly, clean up the blood with a mop. Get rid of the mop after.
Note: Burning the body and weapon is recommended!
