season 3, episode 2 - from the edge of the deep green sea
NATHAN SCOTT WAS OFFICIALLY BACK from High Flyers and Josette Cameron-Scott wasn't aware of it. It's becoming a habit of her not knowing what her husband is doing and she hates it, she's in the dark about everything. Not only that but she has come to find out that Lucas and Nathan are not on good terms either which shocked her but that was between the Scott brothers and she wasn't going to get involved.
After her shift at Karen's Cafe the other day Brooke had asked her to move in with her seeing as Josie didn't have a place to move into, not only that but Brooke Davis had seen that something was going on between Nathan and Josie and it looked like Josette Cameron-Scott needed help so she has asked her to move in with her.
Which is why Josie Scott found herself placing her bags down in the living room. Her piano that was once there was now long gone, their wedding painting mural was gone nowhere to be seen. Her apartment wasn't her apartment anymore and she didn't know how to feel. It was different and it wasn't hers and Nathan's it was Brooke's and Josie's.
The last few days she spent unpacking—somewhat unpacking most of her stuff is still packed. She had hoped when Nathan came back home they would be able to talk. It's been a day since he had arrived and neither of them had made the move to talk to one another.
Tonight was the end of the beach bonfire party before they begin their senior year. Peyton made a flyer and sent it to all those who attend Tree Hill High. Josie hoped she was going to be able to make amends with Nathan Scott so they can both attend together.
"This is way too early to see this." Josie groaned as she walked inside the newly decorated living room that Brooke decorated. She saw Brooke and her best friend making out on one of the couches. "Get a room."
"We would but we share a room." Brooke told her, "And you'll be stuck on this stainy couch."
"Good point." Josie opened the fridge taking out the carton of milk. Brooke hummed as she walked away from the two making her way inside their bathroom. Lucas got up and made his way towards the kitchen where Josie stood. The brunette Cameron girl looked at the blonde Scott. "What are you doing here so early?"
"Brooke asked me to help her out." Lucas informed his best friend.
"Your part-time girlfriend?" Josie raised an eyebrow. She didn't like how Brooke was going to use Lucas as a part-time boyfriend and whenever she wanted or needed him, she also didn't like how Lucas was quick to agree because he wants something with the Davis girl. "What's up with that?"
"I don't know yet, we're on Brooke's terms." Lucas explained, "I'll keep you posted."
"Just don't hurt each other." Josie told him. She let out a small sigh, "She deserves better and you do too. Don't hurt one another and be careful."

Josette Cameron-Scott was tired of the silent game her husband was playing at. She wasn't sure what he was mad about, she didn't even know what she did wrong. Lucas had confirmed his return to her causing her to make her way to the Scott household where Dan had opened the door for her, taunting her that his son didn't tell his wife that he was back home. She later left realizing Nathan wasn't even at the house and she made her way to the weight room of the school.
