"hey jaime" robin, noticing the boy angrily marching over to him. before he can say anything else, jaime reaches him and, quite literally, slaps the smile off his face. the powerful slap echoes through the hallway, making everyone's head turn to see the action.

"oh shit" vance mutters under his breath, stepping back.

"ow what the fuck" robin yells out while holding his cheek.

"you fucked him? seriously?" jaime shouts, cutting off robin's protest. robin snaps out of his daze, suddenly very aware of where they are.

"oh my god he just slapped the shit out of him"

"holy shit why would jaime do that"

"can we not do this here" robin pleads, trying to grab jaime's arm, but jaime snatches his hand away.

"no! don't fucking touch me!" jaime snaps.

bruce quickly steps in, placing himself between robin and jaime to separate them. "jaime you gotta chill out," bruce says quietly, trying not to escalate the situation further. "you've got everyone staring, and you know how you get about people being in your business. so just step off you got it."

jaime glares but starts backing up as bruce keeps pushing him. "whatever. i'm gonna get you later" he warns, pointing at robin before turning and storming off down the hallway.

bruce watches jaime leave, then walks over to robin and vance, who both looked confused at everything that just happened.

"how the fuck did he find out?" vance asked looking between them.

robin just shook his head, "no way finney told him

bruce shifts uncomfortably because he was guilty, 'i should've know that griffin was gonna tell him but i wasn't thinking... for heaven sakes he gave me the puppy eyes!"

"it was you!" vance accuses, pointing at bruce in disbelief. robin shoots him an annoyed look,

"bro deadass" robin groans.

"i didn't tell him... but i might've told griffin. on accident!" bruce crosses his arms defensively. vance bursts out laughing, his natural reaction to everything.

robin throws his hands up in frustration. "you're an actual idiot! you might as well have just told jaime to his face, you really didn't think griffin was run his fucking mouth like he always does!"

bruce eyed darken, "i'm gonna you run you in your fucking mouth in a second, watch who you're talking about" he warns coldly, stepping up to robin. vance's laughter dies down immediately, not again.
