Months had passed since the sandwing succession ended and everything was surprisingly calm, especially with how they had been warned about traitors among the masked trying to kill them. Silver didn't really mind the break from having to worry about the war or evil dragons as much.

Silver was walking through Judgment, when suddenly he bumped into Pathfinder, "Oh sorry, Pathfinder." Silver said, Pathfinder then said, "Oh um, it's no problem." Silver then smiled and said, "Ok, well what are you doing?"

Pathfinder then said, "Oh, I was going to go read with Tidalwave, I was going to go hunting but Gradient decided to take my place." Silver nodded and said, "Ok, good to hear, have fun reading." Pathfinder nodded and quickly walked off towards the deeper part of the cave system of Judgement.

With a small smile Silver walked off towards the main dinning cave, Gradient had returned to normal a few days after Thorn was made queen of sandwings. Silver himself was simply enjoying the peace, he hadn't known peace most of his life, whether it was hivewings or the sandwing succession war he's been worried most of his life but now everything was peaceful, no queens fighting, no war and no hivewings.

As Silver entered the dinning cave he quickly saw Red laying and eating a goat, Silver quickly grabbed a melon and quickly joined Red. "Hey Red, how's your day?" Red ripped a chunk out of his goat before saying, "It's well, I got myself a nice fresh goat, what about you, Silver?"

"Oh um... My day is well, I woke up just awhile ago and decided to get breakfast before heading out for a small fly." Silver quickly said, Red nodded and said, "Ok, well, would you like me to join you?" Silver could feel his face turning slightly red as he blushed and said, "Oh um, sure."

Quickly opening up his melon, Silver ate the juice red melon flesh quickly, he wanted to finish eating quickly. Silver continued eating his melon the juice was all over his snout as he finished, he then quickly pulled out a small cloth from his ankle bag and cleaned off his snout before saying, "Ok Red, I'm ready to go for a fly?" Red nodded and said, "Yeah, let's go."

Half an hour later, Silver and Red returned from their fly, Silver was enjoying his time with Red. Quickly as Silver and Red were talking suddenly Gradient approached, "Hey Red, hey Silver, what are you two doing?" Gradient asked with a smile on his snout, Silver then said, "We were out for a fly and just returned, what about you, Gradient?"

Gradient shrugged his wings and said, "Oh, you know, I've been trying to help everyone I can... Although Peacock's been avoiding me since... Um... You know..." Silver nodded as Peacock had started avoiding Gradient after finding out about his 'romantic' relationship with Darktalon, of course Silver felt that Darktalon was obviously using this relationship to manipulate Gradient but Silver had no proof and Gradient seemed to wrapped up in Darktalon's lies to notice.

Silver then said, "Maybe he's just not comfortable with you dating that dragon." Gradient frowned clearly saddened but then nodded saying, "I understand... He's not really well liked but he can change... Right?" Gradient had a pleading smile as he said that, Silver shrugged and Red simply said, "No."

Quickly, Silver looked at Red and whispered, "Red, we can't say that!" Red shrugged and said, "Sorry, I'm just saying what should be said." Gradient had nervousness and worrying his eyes, Silver wasn't sure weather Gradient was worried about losing his friends due to his 'love' or was nervous he was wrong about Darktalon.

Suddenly, Gradient said, "Oh um, by the way, I'm going on a small trip to the icewing kingdom, so I'll be gone for a few days." Silver nodded and said, "Ok, what do you have to do there?" Gradient then said, "I just wanted to thank the queen for sending the extra guards last week." Silver nodded and said, "Ok, well have fun and um... Yeah maybe try talking to Peacock again?" Gradient nodded and walked off.
