Walking through the streets of the city, Vich had his arms crossed behind him. Many of the cityfolk threw looks towards him, most of which were envy. Not many know what armor the man wore, yet they all admired at the craftsmanship.

Puffing up his chest in pride, Vich readjusted the zweihander on his back. His eyes went to and from between buildings, looking for anything of interest to him.

Then he found a stall. The stall looked just like a japanese ramen cart, but not only that, it DID sell ramen!

Vich hungrily approached the cart, now reminded of the fact he hadn't eaten anything yet this morning. "Excuse me, How much for a bowl?"

The man, with his eyes closed, revealed a wooden board to Vich, written on it were the available items he could purchase.

It took him a moment to choose but in end he decided upon a simple set of ramen, the name of which he didn't bother to remember.

"Thank you!" He said as he took his ramen bowl, before digging in.

Letting out noises of satisfaction as he chowed down on the ramen, but while enjoying his bowl the voice of someone familiar called out to him.

Vich turned to see Alexandre running up to him, chainmail dirty and face covered in dirt, and dried blood.

"Alexandre my friend! Glad to see you alive and well!" He waved to the green eyed boy before noticing 3 other people following closely behind.

One was a short and stout man, donning a steel chestplate and a viking helmet, topped off with a fur cape, beard, and a battle axe. A stereotypical dwarf.

Behind were two elves, one with pale skin and the other having a much darker skin complexion. The former held a magic staff, and outfitted herself in white and green robes, she looked rather energetic, yet was obviously having a hard time catching up.

The latter had short purple hair, she wore a long grey pancho, which was, in my opinion, looking rather nasty, with the amount of holes, rips, tears, and dried blood on it.

"Glad to be alive!" He yelled before stopping before Vich. Alexandre then pulled back his sleeve before flexing infront of him. "Your potions were a life saver there, I would have perished if not for them!"

Vich gave the man a small round of applause, causing the boy the laugh in slight embarassment. Soon the rest of the boy's party appeared behind him.

"Haha! Still full of energy so full of energy aren't you lad!?" The dwarf bellowed as he smacked Alexandre in the ass.

Turning to look at Vich, the dwarf held out a hand and then said. "You must be the one who sold Alexandre those potions! Thank you for that!"

"That I am, my name is Vich Norwegian." Taking the hand, Vich shook on it. The dwarf nodded and replied. "Garrick Bauxite! Be sure to remember that!"

Garrick then looked to the elves, who had been standing by quietly. They both looked to each other, then the lighter skinned one stepped forward and introduced herself.

"Hi, M-my name is uh..." She stuttered out. "S-shea Cherry." The girl would then quickly back away, and hide behind the darker skinned one, who told Shea that she did well.

"Oh, uh... Nice to meet you then Shea!" Vich gave her a well meaning smile, Before looking to the last one, Who seemed to hesitate on sharing her name.

Mysterious.

"Mars." She said, her eyes staring into mine, they were in a nice shade of red, fitting for her name and demeanor to me.

I lean to Garrick and ask in hushed tone while maintaining eye contact with her. "Is she usually like this?"

"aye, though that's just how she was raise, if her stories are to be believed." He whispered back to me, sending a wave to Mars, whom turned away from Garrick.

"Why? Are they 'that' unbelievable?"

"Eh... They are, mostly..." Alexandre answered, a hand on the back of his head.

"They're true, why won't you all believe me!" Yelled out Mars, grabbing Shea by the wrist she proceeded to walk away, obviously upset with Shea protesting their sudden departure, which were ignored.

The three men watched as they walk off in the distance, disappearing in the crowds. They looked towards each other, shrugged and resumed their conversation.

"So tell me, who went your delve?" Vich asked, while taking another bite of his ramen, which he has yet to finish.

"It went as one would expect normal delves to be friend." Garrick began as he sat down on a chair infront of Vich with Alexandre ordering a bowl for the both of them.

"Things went... alright at the beginning, a few mutated beast here and there, then a party of bastards came by and attempted to take our loot." Garrick had a look of frustration on his face as he recalled the events of what happened in the dungeon.

"Yes, it was a tough fight, but we won in the end" Alexandre continued for the man. "What made it inconvenient for us was the fact that our supplies were lost during the scuffle."

Vich heard Garrick curse, something about losing a silver triangle's worth of supplies. "So because of this, we had to consume monster meat, however, I am unsure if you aware of this, but monsters are easily attracted by the smell of cooking."

"So, it was a risk to even cook at all?" Vich asked where he got a nod from Alexandre and grumble from Garrick. "If so, why didn't you turn back?"

"Cause an adventurer can only the same dungeon once a month." They answered at the same time, it was also here they received their bowls of ramen. talk about quick service.

"Althought yes, dungeons are dangerous and its denizens must be kept under control and culled frequently, it is still a source of income and material. Its best if the dungeon is allowed enough time to repopulate itself with monsters so as to keep a consistent flow of material good." Alexandre politely informed as he took a sit on the other side of Vich.

"So basically, you are not allowed to overhunt?"

"Aye." Garrick answered as he brought the ramen bowl up to his lips and downing the entire thing in one big gulp. "So we had to keep on delving or else we would be eating crackers for dinner for a month."

"Now I understand, wow it seems you adventurers have it hard, is it worth it though?" Vich raised a brow as he leaned against the countertop of the stall.

Garrick then took out a small bundle from his waist, opened it to reveal that it was chock full of silver triangles and squares. "Most definetly."
