"So did your parents ever come back". Noah said leaning on the lockers that was surprisingly taller then him. He stood next to Quinn while he picked up all his notebooks he needed for class. "Yeah, they just got back last night. And finally with some groceries". Quinn happily sighed as he felt filled this morning.
"Good, because I was about to buy you some". He said playing with his knuckled as he watched the younger boy softly chuckle. "You don't have to do that". "But you know I will".
Quinn had a soft smile on his face.
He closed his locker door before facing his boyfriend.
But before the curled haired boy could say anything, someone came between them.
"Hey Noah, do you want to hang out with us before class?".a guy, Matthew. Actually, scratch that, Noah's best friend, besides Quinn of course. But they met through football in sophomore year.
For a second, Noah seemed interested, but the words rapidly went through his head. 'Hey noah'
What about Quinn?
"Yeah well, um, I'm already hanging out with Quinn. Sorry". He gave Matthew, the tall blond, a soft smile. Though Quinn felt a little guilty. Noah looked like he really did want to hang out with them. "Well duh, he can hang with us too, damn, you actually think I'm like that?". Matthew laughed, trying to play around with the two.
Noah looked back at Quinn. "Do you want to".
'No'
"Yeah". He softly hummed. Hanging out with Noahs friends aren't the worst, he just felt like a lost puppy in the group. He was the odd ball, he didn't know what to do with himself.
And if they try to struck up a conversation, Quinn doesn't know how to keep it going. Or how to give a conversation to other people. He didn't know what to talk about. He didn't think he had an interesting life or story's.
But when he is with Noah, a lot of times he felt like Noah was getting annoyed on how much the boy talked. (He didn't).
Though Noah didn't seem down with their conversation, ignoring all his friends basically, even when they weren't talking to him.
Quinn was resting his back on a random locker while he smiled up at Noah who was probably talking about football or something, Quinn kinda zoned out the moment he mentioned football.
Not his thing in the mornings.
"Quinn, do you have the pre calc homework?". A guy, Roman, he was pretty tall, tan skin and fair. He had black haired mullet and his girlfriend, who was a bleach blond, a little chubby, blue eyes was standing next to him. Arms wrapped around his as she was really touchy around his chest.
One thing that Quinn and Noah dont do often in public, especially in school. Because when they are alone, they talk about how people are making out in the bathrooms are under stars. And that would be hypocritical for them. But also public affection like that was far to from their comfort zone.
Also it's embarrassing seeing people have that much....confidence in public.
"Homework? We had homework?".he frowned. Not remembering anything about homework. But it only made roman laugh softly. "Oh, right. Mr. Huntchins was trying to wake you last class, you were knocked out". He remembered two days ago. Since they had block schedule, they didn't have the class every day.
Quinn blushed embarrassed, he didn't know what to say. Though Noah knew sleep wasn't really Quinns best friend when he really needs it. "O-oh really? Thats pretty dumb of me. What was the homework". He tried to laugh off. "Nah don't worry, i'll get it and send it to you". Roman smiled nicely.
