Notes: I realized when I was going to read the chapter that it was the last chapter of the book, but I found it to be a very sweet conclusion! Parth and Poorna have a very obvious love and adoration for each other, and I loved how it was all pure romance! I do wish we could have gotten more of Poorna or Parth's emotions, especially during such an occasion where they're reveling in their romance.
Notes: OMG honestly you strike again! The chapter was powerful, angsty, emotional, and so much more! With the love came the distress of being ripped away from a lover, watching a lover marry someone else, and more! The steam was just right at the end, leaving me wanting to know more!
Notes: I loved the comfort that came from this chapter! The love, hope, excitement, and commitment were all palpable and gave a cozy vibe to the story! Now, granted I haven't read the previous chapters, but based on what I did read, it was sweet with a touch of anticipation.
Notes: Honestly, I'm at a loss of words. I've rarely read anything so poetic, saddening, and laced with distraught as I just did. The rainstorm that ran its course as Edith and Andre cemented their love weaved beautifully and provided so many allusions to the physical act as well as the emotional sustenance. I swear, I felt my heart breaking into two when Andre had to leave!
Notes: Okay, anyone who hasn't read Hell is an Empty Body, this is your PSA to READ IT NOW!!! If I couldn't fall any more in love with Hades, I did here! The passion, the angst, the drama, and the cliffhanger ending were all incredible! Anna is an amazing writer and her series is something that everyone MUST read!
Notes: What a beautiful, serene, poetic ending! The love was sweet and descended throughout the passage like it had been waiting to do so for a long time. I really have nothing to suggest about the scene other than the book is incredible and should be read!
Notes: I loved the fast-paced chapters that followed Blaze and Lyra's unity! Seeing their proposal, dinner and eventual lovemaking was beautiful! I do wish it had slowed down a little when things started becoming romantic because I wanted to feel more of Lyra and Blaze's (specifically Lyra's) emotions, but overall, I enjoyed it!
