Alaina's pov

A soft tongue swipe against my lip brought me back from whatever planet her lips had taken me to and I pulled away. "Shit shit shit I'm so fucking sorry" I mumbled backing away as new tears sprouted in her eyes. I can't believe I just assaulted her like that. God Alaina what have you done. I smacked my palm against my head until dainty fingers caught my wrist and smooth lips met mine a gentle thumb stroking the pulse point in my wrist. I melted into her pulling her small form closer to me as sparks shot behind my eyelids. My hands found their way to her hips squeezing lightly as her arms wound around my neck. The room was spinning and I was getting hotter, my hands slid a bit lower and a small wince pulled me out of heaven. I pulled away remembering what had occurred the night before and stood us up. "I haven't treated your injuries" God I'm so stupid sometimes. I took her wrist tugging her to the bathroom and got the first aid kit from the cabinet turning to hope and blushing madly seeing her taking off the shirt I'd given her. I turned back around breathing deeper and suppressing my desire. She's your student goddammit get a hold on yourself. I turned back around and my blood boiled at the bruises and cuts covering her body. I will kill the bastard, I looked at her closer noticing the way her ribs could be seen somewhat through her pale skin. I sat her down on the toilet seat lightly and turned on the bath taking out some alcohol wipes and cleaning the cuts on her thighs being wary of the areas that were heavily bruised I looked up into her blue eyes and took her hands "he will never touch you agin I swear on my life" I whispered stroking the soft scarred skin on her wrists. Tears pricked in my eyes as I scanned the crisscrossed white scars staring back at me from her wrists to her elbows. On a whim I dipped my head and kissed softly each of her wrists as tears dripped from my eyes. I turned turning off the water and helping her into the warm bathwater before leaving the bathroom and going back to cooking the breakfast I'd abandoned.

I finished the food and walked back to the bathroom smiling seeing shed fallen asleep before noticing how the water had turned light pink with all the dried blood. I pulled the plug allowing the water to drain before getting a towel and wrapping it around her lifting her out of the tub and carrying her to my bedroom. I laid her in my bed blushing slightly before pulling an old sweater over her slim shoulders and covering her up deciding to bring her food to her. I grabbed the plates of food from the kitchen and a few glasses of orange juice taking them to my bedroom and gently shaking her awake. "Hope wake up I have food" she yawned and curled up cutely. I smiled slightly before nudging her into a sitting position "c'mon hope you have to eat" i said she opened her mouth her eyes still closed. I laughed a little as I fed her a piece of bacon. Some chewed slowly and fluttered her eyes open taking the bacon and scarfing it down. I watched amazed as she ate both plates of food ravenously before downing the orange juice. I giggled a lil as she looked up at me sheepishly. "There's more if you-" I was cut off by three quick knocks on my door. I frowned a little motioning for hope to stay in bed before going to the door and opening it. Outside my door stood........
