Riley O'Connell is the daughter of the Alpha of the Blue Storm pack. Her father, Brian O'Connell wants to make an alliance with the Red Blood pack and in order to do so he must agree to an arranged marriage between Riley and Alpha Joseph, who is twice her age. When Riley finds out about this she is not happy that she has to marry someone before she has the chance to find her mate. So she does what any other sane person would do... She runs away. While on the run she stumbles upon another packs territory. The Black Claw pack which is known for being cruel and ruthless.
