Today was a dream day. Out of 5 classes that you had today, 3 got cancelled because, apparently, your professors were on leave. And the other 2, your favourite, psychology.

Once your classes were done for the day, you and Yoongi thought hanging around a bit in the cafe before leaving would be fun. So that's what you both are doing.

"So, the regular?"

Yoongi asks you as you put your backpack on the other chair. You shake your head. And he nods right back.

"In the mood for some pastries?"

He offers as you nod and smile.

"And, wait!"

You called him before he got the chance to leave the table to order. You pulled your card out from the wallet and pushed it over to his side.

"I'm paying."

"Nope."

He pushed it back to you as he was shaking his head like a kid. You pushed it back to his side.

"That wasn't a question"

He pushed the card back to you.

"Well, I was not answering too."

You know this like talking to a kid. Well, more like kids fighting over who's going to tell their mom first about them breaking the crystal vase. But, for fuck sake, you both are grown ass adults. In the middle of a cafe, fighting over who's going to pay for the food.

In this whole month, everytime you were here, he paid for your coffee. Not like you didn't want to, but you were given no chance. You'd have a little mountain of books in your arm and in the meantime you set them on the table, he'd be back with the coffee and pastries sometimes.

All of these arguments aside, no one would want to live off of others. So do you. Be it a coffee or a meal.

You pushed your chair and took the card in your hand. Without saying a word or sparing a glance to him, you walked past him to the counter to place your order.

Now, that seems satisfying. Also, it's a win-win situation. You got to pay and you gave Yoongi the taste of his own medicine. Not allowing one to pay at least once.

You threw the sassiest smile his way as you walked back to the table. You plopped back, gently smacking the table.

Yoongi looked like he was going to fire out some stress-talks. Eyes squinted, elbow propped on the table with his head leaning on it.

"Wow! So childish!"

"Same to you!"

You smile in that cocky way which would actually make this whole scene a lot more funnier.

"Really. I don't understand what in the actual fuck this was all about."

With that free hand that was holding his pretty head up the table, he made a small circle in the air representing the situation.

And his tone. Though he was clearly non synced with the situation, or so he thought, his voice was softer than your comfiest sweater. It has always been so.

"I wanted to pay. You didn't take my card. So, I went ahead and placed the order myself. What's so hard to understand?"

"Acting like you don't really have a reason behind wouldn't work, Seoyoon."

He stated. He's not totally wrong but that wasn't the only reason. You just wanted to treat him once. That was all.

"No reasons behind. I just wanted to."
