Flashback to a couple of days ago which shows Manny talking with the head chef of the restaurant.
Head Chef:So you work for that assassination business?
Manny:Yes. Who do you want killed and I'll take them out
Head Chef:Well there is one guy from a restaurant I used to work at that was involved in an animal smuggling racket. He would cook endangered species and present them as "exotic meals"
Manny:It'll be done
Head Chef:And how much money do you usually charge per hit?
Manny:I don't need money

Manny:I want a favor, I wanna have a renovation for one of my girlfriends to have dinner here
