-october 16th-
A cool breeze flows through my hair once I set a foot outside my car. The trees slowly losing their leaves, coloring the ground with an orange color. "You want me to tag along?" Carol asks still inside the car.
"If you wanna." I answer before walking further not caring to see if she follows or not. I walk down the familiar path I have walked once a year.
Finally arriving, I run my fingers over the cold stone, tracing her name etched deep in granite, while whistling the familiar tune I did since I was a child. This time no one answered.
Placing down the wildflowers I brought in front of her grave. It's been 3 years since she gave her live for a world that barely remembers her name and sacrifice. "I miss you, Nat. More than I can say." I whisper softly. "I think we all miss her." A familiar voice says behind me.
"Lena." I say turning around and giving her a hug. "It's been 3 years, can you believe it?" She says while looking at Nat her grave.
"She was taken away to quickly from us. I could've prevented it. If only I convinced her to come with me to New York instead of Vormir. I could've saved her life." I tell her trying my best not to let the tears fall.
"Don't beat yourself up for it. You know she wouldn't have changed her mind, Lia." Yelena tells me. Not daring to use my voice I respond with a nod.
"It's been a while since I heard from you." Yelena tells me, averting the conversation for a second. "I'm sorry. Helping Carol fighting up there takes quit some of my time." I answer with a lip tight smile on my face.
Yelena looks at me before kneeling down besides Natasha's grave softly leaning her head down on the stone, quietly whispering something under her breath.
After everything that happened during the battle, earth didn't feel like home anymore. So going to the stars with Carol was the only way to escape the harsh reality. The first week it took quit some effort to adjust to living in space but with the help of Carol everything worked out well.
"Don't stay gone too long this time. Or at least let me know you're still alive like once in a while." Yelena says standing up, pulling me out of my thoughts. I nod in response.
She turns to leave, her footsteps fading into the quiet of the woods where Nats grave is. And once again I'm met with the cold fall air and my running thoughts.
"Nat, why did you leave?" I say to her grave hoping that I could get an answer in one way or another. "Some souls are to beautiful for this place." I hear Carols voice say from behind me.
"Thought you wouldn't come." I say to her. "I'll stay by your side. I saw Yelana heading over so I wanted you two the have some privecy." She explains.
"Nat was the first person who I told everything. And we had our differences but no matter what happend the other person came first. It didn't matter on what side we were when Stark and Cap were fighting." I explain to her.
"And so many years it was just the two of us. And know she's gone." I continue, quickly wiping the tear that fell away. "She knew you had her back so she just returned the favor." Carol says before hugging me.
We sit there in silence until we see the sun gowing down. "Let's head back to the ship." Carol says before standing up and reaching me a hand. I gently take it and stand up before Carol walks away.
"I will always carry you in my heart." I say one hand touching the tomb and thr other one touching the arrow necklace that's hanging from my neck before walking away

That's officialy the end! I know this has nothing to do with Thalia and Carol. But Nat means a lot to Thalia so in my head this just made sence. This book wil be completed until Carol is in another movie. :)
