Marina POV:
I couldn't stop thinking about how that beautiful stranger back at the strip club and I had looked into each other's eyes. The feeling made me feel a sort of joy feeling in the inside that I haven't felt in a really long time, I swear that girl must have some hypnotizing powers because all I can think about is her. I tossed and turned in bed and tried to sleep but failed I then eventually gave up and got up to go to the balcony to get fresh air. I looked up at the night sky and saw beautiful twinkling stars it just looked so celestial. I always find it peaceful to look out the balcony because not only do I see the celestial night sky but also all the city lights and cars passing by. I closed my eyes and just listened to the city sounds from somewhere down the street I could hear jazz music playing making my soul feel up with happiness.
"Marina get your ass back in here!" I heard Matt's husky voice say from our bed. I sighed
"I'm going dear."
I sighed, not feeling like saying goodnight to the bright glowing stars and city lights but also didn't feel like getting a beaten from Matt, so I gave another last glance out of my balcony when I saw the shadow of someone or something.
Not sure what it had been I looked closely and thought to had seen a young woman, which appeared to be a lot like the girl back in the strip club. No it couldn't be, I mean what would she be doing here at this time? Plus she doesn't even know me, maybe I'm just thinking about her too much that now I'm starting imagine seeing her. It's funny how really attractive strangers can be stuck in your mind for days, I wonder if that girl ever thinks about me. Probably not, but whatever I have Matt and even if I wanted something with her my family would never allow it nor Matt would let me break up with him.
"Goodnight world"
I whispered and blew a kiss into the nightly breeze then locked the large windows to the balcony and laid next to Matt hoping that maybe now I could finally go to sleep.
Elizabeth's POV:
"Liz want me to take you home?"
My friend Lucy asked as I changed into my normal clothes, both our shifts were over and she usually takes me home but not tonight because I have other plans on mind.
"Um no thanks I wanna walk this time."
"Liz are you sure? It's kinda dangerous to be out walking in the streets at night."
"I'll be fine don't worry."
She bit her lip and hesitated but finally agreed.
"Okay fine but be careful Liz, your my best friend and I don't want anything bad happening to you."
She hugged me goodbye then left.
I went to the nearest cafe and took out my phone and was about to look up the mysterious goddess from earlier tonight to maybe find any useful information about her which could help me find where she lives but then I remembered that I don't even know her name. Fuck what if I don't see her ever again?? I sighed and decided their was nothing else to do then I got up and left a tip for the waitress before leaving.
It was kinda getting chilly so I put on my leather jacket and lit up a cigarette. I was deciding whether to walk through the ghetto neighborhood or the rich neighborhood they both take me to my apartment but I just don't feel like getting jumped on and then having to kill someone tonight so I decided that I'll just go through the rich neighborhood.
The rich neighborhood where I was walking by was so quiet and peaceful I guess everyone goes to sleep at a certain time here,unlike the ghetto neighborhoods where people will party all night and sale drugs on the streets.
I was almost home when I saw a beautiful rose garden in the front yard of a big gorgeous mansion. Whoever lives here must take good care of their garden, the red roses reminded me of the goddess's beauty. If only I could ever see her again, this roses were the only thing that reminded me of her presence at the strip club. I was determined to steal one of the roses, I looked around and didn't see anyone I got closer to the roses and was about to steal one when then I saw her. I quickly hid behind a bush and hoped she hadn't seen me, I stayed there hidden for a few minutes until I was sure she wasn't there anymore then I quickly wrote down the address so I could look her up on the Internet and get to know more about her but at least now I know where my goddess lives. It's only a matter of time before she's completely mine....
