"Don't forget that Air wants everyone to post something on Instagram about today's event to hype the new album," Jungkook reminds Taehyung again. They're currently sitting in a small tent that serves as a styling studio for the band. This is Jungkook 's first time accompanying the band to an outdoor venue - a music festival in downtown Seoul - and already he's regretting the decisions he's made in life to get to this point. He's sweating profusely, the air hot and sticky around him. He grabbed the last water bottle from the refreshments table a while ago, but hasn't had a chance to drink it, and he's parched.

Jungkook feels a little sorry for Taehyung , who has to wear long sleeves to prevent him from burning in the summer sun, and a full face of make-up. There's a fan blowing on him, but it seems to make little difference as his stylist takes a flat iron to different locks of his hair. Jungkook sees lines of sweat streak through his foundation. "Okay," Taehyung says, clearly too tired to make flippant comments.

"Maybe take a selfie with your guitar."

"Okay."

Jungkook wonders if Taehyung is listening to him at all, but continues, checking the notes on his clipboard. "Also, Air asked me to tell you: try not to scowl at any of your fans this time if you see them off stage. They think you're not happy to see them and get sad on social media."

Taehyung rolls his eyes. "It's my natural expression."

Jungkook smiles and hums in agreement. "I've noticed. Just try and be charming, okay? You know, the opposite of how you talk to me."

"Oh," Taehyung says, turning to look at Jungkook , "are you asking me to charm you more, Bunny ?"

Jungkook huffs out a sarcastic and hollow laugh. The heat isn't affecting Taehyung 's ability to be annoying, after all. Jungkook holds up his clipboard to block the view of the other staff and flips off Taehyung behind it. Taehyung only grins. He then snatches the unopened water bottle from Jungkook 's hands.

"Hey," Jungkook protests, "what are you doing?"

Taehyung takes a long swig before shrugging. "I'm thirsty."

Jungkook gives him a disparaging look. "You're a big boy; you can get your own." He reaches for the bottle but Taehyung holds it just out of range. Babysitter seems like an appropriate term for moments like these. "Fine," Jungkook concedes. "I'll get myself another one. Make sure you take a photo for your post."

Taehyung smirks. "What if I don't? Will you call security?"

"Whatever," Jungkook mutters. He leaves the styling tent to the table outside that supposedly had more refreshments. He finds the small cooler with cold drinks, but it's empty, of course. Jungkook sighs. He could go to the green room behind the outdoor stage, but Taehyung would probably complain about his prolonged absence. Taehyung didn't mind at first if Jungkook went to go run errands in another part of the building for Air, or if other band members needed assistance, but recently he's become oddly concerned about Jungkook 's whereabouts. Taehyung always texts him to ask where he is, or what he's doing. He insists that Jungkook spend his breaks with him, too.

If Taehyung is so concerned about his work ethic, Jungkook thinks, then he should try to be more agreeable when he's actually on the job. Jungkook sighs again, and wipes the sweat from his face with his shirt.

"Long day?"

Jungkook turns to find someone standing behind him. The man is shorter than him, with longer hair. His eyes have a witty sparkle to them, and he doesn't seem affected by the heat.

"The longest," Jungkook replies, feeling too tired and dehydrated to feign politeness. "Prince Taehyung required my beverage, so here I am."

"Did you get yourself one?" asks the man.
